Purchased an elesse bum bag for holidays. Good Quality great price ...Would use this site again.
Good quality and excellent delivery.
Dont buy from here unless you are 100% sure you wont need to return
Disappointed
Regrettably having to write a bad review as I think other customers should be aware. I recently purchased a sports bra from A&A and the size was not true to the measurements advertised so I had to return it. In order to return it and ensure I got my money back I had to pay for recorded delivery (the website makes it clear refunds would not be made unless it was recorded). Recording delivery is expensive but I did it as the item was useless to me. Then I asked for a refund and it was given to me less the delivery charge which is fairly large relative to the product. I asked why as I felt it was unfair and poor service relative to other companies who do free returns and then refund everything paid. I got a short curt response. All in all I would say go to a big online retailer unless you are 100% sure about what you are buying. The cost charged for getting it wrong way outweights the marginal gain you might see in the list price. Never again!
Wouldn't ever use this company again…
Wouldn't ever use this company again they refund you what they want and not the cost of what your sending back, and you have to pay the return postage costs

Really good service first time I’ve used you won’t be last delivery was very quick too
Not a great experience
Ordered a pair of footballs for for my Son's Christmas present and when opening to check the product, I found the boots with no tags on, no tissues surrounding or inside the boots and a birthday card address to someone named Alex. The box itself was a little battered and covered in tape. The boots appeared to be in good/new condition but I will know for sure on the 25th... Emailed on the 7th December with a few concerns relating to this and have yet to get a response. I did get two emails however asking to leave a trustpilot review, so I did. One positive is that the delivery time was impressive!
