Awful
Awful. Still waiting for the rugby boots - ordered 10 days a go and still not arrived with a 3-5 day delivery claim???? My som has had to miss two fixtures !

Unfortunately as the item was not showing as in the delivery network we opened a case with the carrier Royal Mail to investigate this. Unfortunately we have had no update from royal mail yet on the whereabouts of this item,
We have opened a case and followed the steps they have advised but they have not responded with any update on this so unfortunately I would have to deem this as lost.
Due to this we have issued a full refund on the order. If the item does get looked into and arrives then please reach out and we can provide a free return for the missing item.
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused in this matter, unfortunately we need to open cases and await responses from the carrier to investigate any missing item.
My apologies that we could not resolve sooner but we need to investigate all issues with the carrier to hopefully resolve and get the item located and delivered before we can replace/refund.
Hopefully we can do business in the future and ensure a swift and successful delivery but there is unfortunately a small number of orders that do have issues/go missing but we will always do our upmost to get these resolved as soon as possible.
