Excellent rental department. They have managed my rental properties for at least 25 years! During that time I have had no complaints about the service from my tenants and equally I have found them to be current, transparent in their billing, professional and approachable.

My late Mother's Retirement bungalow was put on the market at the end of July, and by mid September I had buyer, which was completed at the beginning of November '21. Communication has been brilliant and headed by Phil and his team, have ensured that I had the best offer, very supportive throughout. Fully recommend.

We approached Abbot and Frost to let our offices only a few weeks ago.
Julian’s attention to detail and prompt email replies were excellent.
We got a tenant very quickly through them and are delighted.
Every time someone postponed a viewing even by a couple of hours he emailed me to let me know exactly what was happening!
With so many people working from home I was very worried like a lot of friends I was not going to kept in the loop about what was happening with our property!

Two years ago, I moved into my first rented property as a private tenant. I went into the office as a person who had never rented before and therefore had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what I needed to do to proceed after finding a property. Lorraine was fab, she put my mind at ease and provided me with information that made the process a lot easier for me. When I moved in, the property was spotless and the communication from the office was great offering to help with anything that I may need - I had a few queries re the PAYG energy metres! Since moving in there have been a few things that have needed attention - Paul and Lorraine have helped with everything (along with the Landlord of course). There has been no problem too great. I have recently had experience of another letting agent that are not a scratch on these guys. If anyone is looking to rent AandF are your people! Thank you again for making life that little bit easier for me. Completely stress free. My first experience of renting a property has been a positive one.

I instructed A&F to sell my Dad's flat. I don't live in the area so was totally reliant on the Agent and I was extremely pleased with the service. Robert and Andrew were a delight to deal with and totally professional at all times. There were a few hitches at the property which under different circumstances would have necessitated me travelling down but they dealt with these problems for me, way beyond what I would have expected.
