Abakhan Fabrics, Hobby & Home Reviews

Excellent price for Emu Gold Bluefaced Leicester yarn. Extremely quick and reasonably priced delivery.

My online order of merino wool was delivered in quick time. The product quality and price were great. I have also shopped in store at Abakhan. The staff are knowledgeable and obliging. It is my ‘go to’ place for fabrics and accessories that are competitively priced. Highly recommended.

Great prices and very fast delivery, ordered on Sunday 21st December and it arrived before Christmas amazing. I couldn't fault them, I have bought from them before and will definitely buy from them again.

The range of wools and yarns is extensive and the prices are quite low. website is easy to use. Delivery was swift and the wools were well packed. I will certainly use this seller again

Brilliant to get quality wool delivered

Slight problem with order, no ones fault just stock level. Was contacted within 24 hours of placing order.
Only downside was the length of time it took to receive my order 10 days!! Although not sure who was responsible for the delay

Had what I wanted in stock at a good price. Dispatched almost immediately and arrived very quickly.

Beautiful Neon Green wool! So good, I bought it twice. Doesn’t seem to go as far as other 100g balls or would have been five stars.

Lovely aran yarn, with wool.knits up perfect very pleased thank you.

Wool arrived quickly, quality same as when purchased in the shop. No issues at all.

Good choice of yarn at reasonable prices. Fast delivery. All good!

Delivery was very good. Material itself had a small sparkle in it which had not shown on line. Neverless the material was of good quality and although i have not use it yet I am looking forward to using it. Well done Abakhan.

Excellent value for the blanket kit and separate wool order I've had. Nice quality wool. Easy to order and pay for. Prompt and very cheap delivery.

Order arrived promptly and packaged well.

Easy to order and fast delivery and a lot of choice I will definitely be ordering from here again

Excellent service and product. Very impressed.

After never being quite sure about buying fabric i can’t see/ feel I have to say I’m a bit of a convert to Abakhans wonderful service. I have found all prices really competitive, fabric arrives appropriately packed and in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed. Long may it continue!

Every physical shop I have gone to is fine and wonderful, but I was left no choice but to order online recently. That seemed fine, as I have ordered from them previously.
However, something has happened with the quality of services at the online warehouse and I am disgusted. Paid extra for next day delivery. Had to email for first next-day order. It seemed no one had thought to pack it until reading it based on the response, but it thankfully still arrived on time.
Had to send a nagging email to actually find out where my second order was, on the day it was meant to arrive - it hadn't been despatched until someone actually took the time to read the email and has only just despatched it this morning.
This morning. It won't arrive until Friday. For some reason, it's at Heathrow.

The person on the other end phrased it as if it had been despatched much earlier in the day, but the timestamp of the email confirming shipment that arrived right after their response disproves this.

It should have been here yesterday, and now my sales will suffer at an important time. I have not been offered any refunds for the now redundant extra postage charge, despite website promises. It is unsincere and foul.

Both shop and online great experience and friendly customer service

Excellent value for money. Very good quality fabric.
