Abba Taxis Reviews 

I am totally disgusted with this so called taxi company. My partner and I were left stranded at a wedding venue last night. A taxi was confirmed for 11:30 pm but after and hours wait still no sign of it. After many calls by the venues manager we were informed that the taxi had been dispatched but was then changed to cancelled ! Thankfully we were able to get a lift back to our hotel in the end. Otherwise we had the prospect with a daunting 1hour walk in the dark in an unknown area. I have never experienced such awful treatment before from a taxi company. 😡😡😡

I booked a car for 3:50 to westbrook medical, at 4:05 I called and was told there were 5 people ahead of me.

Just called back for an update and was told a car came at 4:20 and a message was sent.

This is an ABSOLUTE lie and is not the first time. The last dispatcher was extremely rude and arrogant. My child is having an asthma attack, I have been waiting in my kitchen, there's no way I would have missed this taxi and I am still now looking for the message that was never sent or received.

Appalling and rude.

Essentially as already stated many times in reviews here we booked a taxi in advance, received a text to say it was on it's way and 30 min after the ETA when I rang to ask where it was I was told the driver had cancelled.
What ensued was 30 mins of the worst customer service I can recall experiencing. I could go on and on.
Suffice to say this is a truly shambolic, uncaring and rude organisation.
They do not deserve any business.

ABBA taxis are disgusting.
Rang up at 7pm to pre book a taxi from Appleton thorn to latchford for someone after work at 11pm. They took the booking on and at 11 sent no taxi. Then decide after half an hour to say they have none.(excuse is Ramadan)

So now this person is having to walk back home. Why take in a booking hours earlier if you simply don’t care about leaving people stranded.
Shambles of a company.
What they have done tonight is cruel.
Avoid like the plague.

Worst taxi company ever. I booked a taxi on Sunday afternoon. It said that taxi on its way, I waited…30 minutes had passed.. no taxi appears. I called back the abba, it said that the taxi cancelled my booking because I was not there. I was so surprised that I had been waiting.. no message saying that it is outside, no phone calls from the driver nor taxi that appeared. The man that got my call simply said..’mam would you like me to book you another taxi?’

Worst company ever.
Never on time, the operators are rude.
In warrington we suppose to have uber drivers not ABBA cars.

Absolutely shocking Taxi company. Rang at 3.30pm to pre book a taxi for 4.10. Rang at 4.10 to see where it was to be told I was 2nd in the que. Rang back at 4.20 to be told I was next in the que. Rang at 4.30 to be told there was no recollection of the booking! Absolute joke, people shouldn’t be working there if they Carnt even take bookings correctly! Ridiculous!!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish, worst taxi company ever. Don’t turn up are late and rude, I’ve even missed trains despite making a booking days in advance. Steer well clear…

These people don't turn up on the time that you've booked. Even if you have booked the taxi 4 hours before its needed, like I did.
So, If you have an important hospital appointment, you'll miss it, like I just did.

If I could give a zero I would. They are quite possibly the worst taxi company I have ever tried to use. They are completely useless. I booked a taxi for 10 past 3 with plenty of notice so I could pick up my son from school. Half an hour after being promised another 5 minutes another 5 minutes I had to wake up a grandparent to help me as I don't drove and it was quicker for her to get him than me. Absolutely furious ill never use Abba again and I wouldn't recommend them in a million years.

Experienced the most appalling customer service last night from this totally amateur Warrington Taxi Company. Booked a taxi via the App in the afternoon for a pick up at 11pm. Never arrived. Rang them again and they said it will be another 30mins. Still never arrived. Rang again at 12am to be told no taxi available in the area. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOLKS! You will be let down by people who have no moral conscience. Luckily we were helped by Arrivals Star Taxis.

What’s the point in booking a cab when there’s no chance of it actually turning up?!

Very very bad taxi service. If you need to be in work or somewhere inportan. Do not use this taxi service.. Taxi booked 1hr before needing. And still arrives 25 minutes late. After 7 phone calls to see how long the driver would be. The operator responded with. All are taxi drivers are self employed. And arrive when they want to It is out of my hands. So if you need to get some where inportan or to work or school on time. My option is to do not use ABBA taxs warrington Cheshire.

Absolutely awful service. Never on time and when you ring the office their answer is always "it will be 5-10 minutes". Most of them are rude and speak to you like you're a piece of sh**. No customer service skills whatsoever.
Alot of drivers are rude and constantly on the phone whilst driving. It rude and ignorant and lately I have used them as little as possible.

Fantastic service guys picked up on time returned journey on time never let me down in all the years I have used you 👍👍👍👍

Terrible service on a Monday night.
Phoned up the person said 15mins.
Waited for 20 minutes,phoned back up they said oh it will be 15mins...
Waited again phoned up again after 40 minutes. To be told he's on his way to us. We cancelled in the end terrible company..
Judging by the reviews looks like the end is in sight for this firm.

AVOID. Never had a good experience. Never on time, often cancelled.

Most recently, I was forced to use abba as no other Warrington company would accept my booking. It was two hours in advance, and they still hadn't turned up 90 minutes after the pick up time. I missed two trains and had to get another cab company. I was 2 hours late for an event in Manchester.

The annoying thing is I could've booked another firm for half an hour later than I needed and only missed one train and been 20 minutes late for the event.

Never again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service disrespectful women who needs training on communication and also rude putting the phone down when being spoken to would love to know who you are name and shame

Absolutely shocking. Will never use again, will never recommend and will do my utmost to make sure every one I know NEVER uses them. Left me and 2 children stranded with no way to get home! Sent me a text to say the car was dispatched, I called 30 mins later to find out where it was only to be told they had cancelled my car. No reason or explanation and no notification for me. Disgusting.
