After searching everywhere in vain abbey Carpets had the protective carpet cover I needed for my newly laid carpet in the hallway. The website was easy to order from and the order arrived in timely fashion. All in all very pleased and glad my carpet is now spared from muddy shoes!

Not a good experience - I ordered from Abbey carpets as the carpet protector looked better than others I had looked at - the parcel was torn and tatty on delivery - the heavy plastic protector was curled up at edges and would not lY flat - i made lots of attempts to contact Abbey carpets email and phone calls with no response what’s so ever, I eventually gave up! Waste of hard earned money!

Glenn Baker the owner of Abbey Carpet ABSOLUTELY provided the best carpet buying experience of any vendor I have worked over a lifetime of carpet purchases and instillations. Their price was not just the best out there, but beat the nearest competitor by a hefty margin. I am the type of customer that does his due diligence and researches many (almost to many) local vendors providing the product and service I am looking to purchase. It wasn't even close. Glenn and his company Abbey Carpet crushed the competition. We love our carpet and Christian the installer was professional and meticulous. My wife and I could not be happier with the entire package. I'll be using Abbey Carpet in the next few months to redo our hardwood floors. In addition Glenn is bounding the left over carpet as a small runner, free of charge. Nice little perk for his customers. Use these guys, you'll be Happy you did.

Ordered size I needed but was told that was inadequate so ordered what that said was the required minimum at an extra £20

Excellent service. Requested and receives bathroom carpet samples in a couple of days. The subsequent order was processed and delivered promptly. I have no issues concerning the quality of the carpet delivered. Minor issue regarding the online system but this was resolved with a short telephone call. I would use this company again.
