The gift bag was sent without the gift. When I contacted them they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive

Fast delivery, beautiful necklace which I haven’t taken off for months but still looks like new and I didn’t have to pay a crazy price

I am on my third bracelet which has tarnished- yes customer service is good as they replace it but its advertised as tarnish free which it isnt. really disappointed as other companies bracelets have not caused me this issue

Terrible - ordered a necklace over a month ago but missed the part where it says delivery will be in August. Asked for a refund but same old standard paragraph as the below complaints. Wouldn’t be buying from here again.

I ordered a signet ring with the birth stone of my dad who passed away, and another stone for my mum. The ring itself was absolutely beautiful and it was a little piece of my dad I could keep with me! Unfortunately it did tarnish, my own fault wearing it daily and using water etc, however, whilst I was waiting for the ring to be made, (I wrote on the notes that this was for my parents, a small reminder) Abbott Lyon kindly sent me a beautiful necklace with a personal note and I thought this was such a thoughtful and incredible thing to do. It brought me to tears! I’m so grateful for this company and I can’t wait to buy my next piece. This review did take forever and I apologise, however their kindness will never be forgotten so thank you so much!

I really enjoyed shopping at Abbott Lyon! The quality of the jewellery is impressive. The designs are trendy, made of high quality material and long lasting. I would definitely recommend. The delivery service was really fast!

Recently got some more gold hoop earrings from Abbott Lyon and again I am amazed by the quality. I just love them and love the r fact that I can wear all my jewellery swimming and in the bath with no tarnishing :)

The item was not in package we had to send photos of package. But item was sent next day delivery so i was pleased with service.

It seems to be the same story as the rest as the 1 star reviews. I wish I had read them first.
Waiting 4 months for delivery is really unacceptable. When I contacted them they said production for bespoke items are around 2-3 weeks. So I asked for a refund as it is clear that my ring isn’t being made yet (if it’s taking 4 months to get to me)
They obviously refused. It feels so wrong to keep someone’s money for so long with no product.
They have obviously taken on more orders then they are capable of producing and the poor customer service staff are being told to say the same thing to everyone. Poor.

The service i have received has been amazing. I ordered a memorial necklace for my daughter as I have terminal cancer. They are giving me a free painting and cream tea day after hearing my story. I cant thank them enough for giving us this experience.

I have always found when shopping with abbot lyon its been a very smooth purchase.

The BEST EVER. I've been using abbott lyon for years! I've never had a problem at all with my jewellery. It's absolutely beautiful, amazing quality and unlike other places it lasts! There is something for everyone. I purchase for myself and always love their pieces for gifting too. Speaks volumes when the company cares about its community too. Forever an abbott lyon girly!
