I was quickly transferred to a live agent and after a brief description, order number confirmation and a photo I was immediately given credit for the full amount paid. Placed my order may 11th I understood that it would take a while as I ordered a name necklace with two birth stones. I have received an email today a month later informing me they no longer do birth stones so my order has been cancelled and was not offered a refund instead I was given a code for store credit bit disappointed with the time frame of letting me know that my order was no longer available.
