Customer service is amazing, go above and beyond for customers. I requested a donation to raise money for Asthma+Lung UK as I’m running the London Maratjon and the team was so supportive and helpful and donated a generous donation. I couldn’t thank them enough. I’ve also ordered from the company in the past and the gifts and jewellery they offer is amazing quality and honestly well worth every penny.

I love abbot Lyon there is something for every occasion whether it’s a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself! It’s so good for the price , the quality is amazing and doesn’t tarnish or go bad after a while I love it!

Delivery took 2 days, outstanding as always. I received my eternity ring and was blown away with how elegant it is. The photos were beautiful but reality was something else.

Great customer service. I ordered a necklace 3 years ago that was covered by their warranty. It broke, and I contacted AL who gave me a credit note for the full value to replace. I ordered a replacement but unfortunately, they sent the wrong length. I contacted them again and they apologised, offering another credit note for me to order a replacement. I really cannot fault their customer service.
