I absolutely love the Clover Collection. To me it’s the perfect combination of elegance, classic style, and timeless beauty. The bracelet is my favourite piece because it feels so refined and balanced. The clovers aren’t oversized or overcrowded, making it delicate enough for everyday wear. I also love the choice of colours, which adds to its sophisticated and versatile look.

I had an issue with my bracelet so emailed AL team. I got a response from Siphamandla the same day to each of my emails and my issue was resolved efficiently. I was impressed my the customer service I received, it’s not often you get this these day.

Following my original review, Abby was very prompt in assisting me and provided a discount code to repurchase the item. Her communication was professional, understanding and genuinely helpful.

If I were reviewing Abby's service alone, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, my overall experience was significantly impacted by the earlier responses I received from Sam and Noxolo, which left me feeling that my concerns were not being properly considered.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.

A piece of jewellery I purchased from Abbott Lyon failed after just 2.5 years of normal use. Whilst I appreciate that the item is technically outside of its warranty period, I don't believe it is unreasonable to expect jewellery to last significantly longer than this.

I contacted customer service in the hope that a gesture of goodwill would be offered, particularly given the relatively short lifespan of the item. Unfortunately, my claim was simply rejected based on the warranty expiry, with no meaningful effort made to resolve the issue.

I have owned jewellery from other brands for considerably longer without experiencing similar issues.

What has disappointed me most is not just the product failure, but the lack of flexibility and customer care shown when I raised my concerns. A company's response when something goes wrong is just as important as the product itself.

Having been a loyal Abbott Lyon customer for several years, this experience has been particularly disappointing. The lack of support when a product failed after only 2.5 years meant I initially felt unable to recommend the brand to others.

Sadly, this experience left me questioning both the durability of Abbott Lyon jewellery and the level of customer care provided once a warranty has expired.

Lovely hoop earrings with excellent quality and a beautiful finish. My order arrived quickly, was well packaged, and the customer service was great throughout. Really happy with my purchase and would definitely order from Abbott Lyon again.
