Ordered on Friday and delivered on Saturday. I absolutely love the burner, it look great in my lounge. Very good quality and well packaged.

Had one of their flasks delivered, great quality, nice thick glass. I’ve not given 5 stars because I asked them for the dimensions of the flask and they replied saying they don’t have the dimensions - which to me is ridiculous. So, great product, not so great customer service.

Lovely product! Looks great. Delivered on time. I bought some of the perfumed oils too. These were not so much to my taste and did give me a headache unlike say Neal’s Yard essential oils. Would make a great gift if the packaging was improved…it was fine to get to me safely but presentationally it could me improved considerably with a purpose made box. Again the oils, if presented in a sturdier card box would convey a more premium product in line with the price. Overall though I’m very happy with the burner these are just my, hopefully constructive observations.

The nicest things I’ve ever bought. I’m in love with absolutely everything. I bought the wee essential oils, opened and smelled every item and literally made a “mmmmmm” noise out loud while alone. One item lid had broke / lost liquid and I contacted them. I received the warmest friendliest & personal reply. I want to buy everything they sell. It’s that great.

So I think I may have gone a little crazy with this company but I cant help but love the product not only have I purchased 3 for different friends as gifts(which they loved) I now have 3 in my own home and im probably going to get at least one more. They look so cool and everyone who visits comments on them. The scents that they have created are so nice too, and are not generic. I can happily recommend Mevagissey and Byron, they are my top two oils. Love the packaging too. Nothing bad about this company
