I absolutely love my burner, it is a lovely quality product and it was delivered promptly and well packaged.

Fabulous quality, lovely presentation and beautiful oils. My wife and my son both received Abelburners as Christmas presents, and were both thrilled to bits with them. The back story of the creation of the products is cute, but the products just scream quality. Beautiful design at affordable prices. Very highly recommended.

The oil burner is beautiful and I can’t wait to put up shelves in my dining room so this can take centre stage!

After receiving one of their burners I contacted their support email as I was concerned with the quality of the product and wanted a full refund, I was told I could return and I would have to pay for the privilege of returning a defective product.

The painted pipe is scratched, chipped and not straight. The base where the candle sits is dented, this has happened after the varnish has been applied making it very noticeable, none of these defects are things that can be explained by being hand-made, they’re damage.

While the other reviews suggest this is rare, the way my email was replied to with a generic copy and paste of their return procedure says they ignored my concerns and have not looked at the photographs.

**** in response to your reply, my original email, I don’t feel that it’s rude and I’m sorry if you’ve taken it that way; obviously I’m not going to be happy when a Christmas present turns up as this has.

Afternoon,

I’ve had one of your burners delivered last week as a Christmas present, however I’m not impressed with the quality of the product and would like a full refund please.

There are scratches on the pipes, and a small chip that’s shows up the black underneath the copper paint. The slot for the candle on the wooden base has also got dents in and leaves the whole thing looking spoiled.

The pipes and the claw are not straight, and while I’m sure they could be straightened this isn’t something I’m prepared to overlook considering the condition of the rest of the materials.

I’d like full reimbursement of my money once you’ve received the item back, could you assist me with how I can send the item back to you?

I bought my second burner, I love the design and the style of this product. I have electric atomisers and they are good but these use the tea lights which add an extra softness to the room, the fragrance from the scent is just amazing and I have a few different ones. I have noticed that the scent stays in the room for a long time after the tea lights have gone out too so it adds to the value for money. In terms of customer service excellent I ordered one day, it arrived the next day carefully packaged in recyclable material. Very pleased with everything.

Absolutely stunning products. We adore the scents for the burner, and now I’ve seen they do the bath oil, I’m addicted to it. One of the most luxurious baths I’ve ever had! We bought the Iceland burner oil too recently and blown away by it. Love this company!

I have purchased from Abel several times. I have the unique glass receptical and copper pipe stand. I was drawn in to the new Italian inspired oils. With great anticipation I lit the tea light. I waited, and waited. Not impressed at all. Used the thee bottles in record time and when you cough up £30 + quid, you expect something a little special and indulgent.
They do work in conjunction with a electric defuser I have so all isn't lost.
Don't know if I will purchase again ad they are expensive for 3 tiny bottles

The website is very easy to navigate and use, the ordering process is simple, there are good communications, and the product arrived promptly.

The burner is great.

The first bottle of oil had leaked, meaning the parcel was oily and fragrant. There was enough oil left in the bottle to try in the device, which works well. The fragrance is lovely. I ordered some more oils and they arrived, with some night lights, and were well packed and without leaks.

Overall I am very happy, and accept that sometimes oils do leak.
