Gorgeous product and amazing service - I had a sweet handwritten note in the parcel containing my burner that the oil I’d ordered was out of stock so it would follow separately, it’s only been a couple of days and I’ve had a notification that it’s been shipped next day already! The burner was packaged really beautifully too. Can’t fault the service and attention to detail :)

We ordered the pear and wildflower room spray which is wonderful and lasts far, far longer than any similarly priced sprays we’ve tried. Was so happy with this that we went back and ordered the bath oil and a handwash and I’m so glad I did. Both beautiful, and such prompt delivery with both orders. Will be using again.

I ordered this product over a Bank holiday weekend - it was shipped on the Monday and arrived on the Tuesday. Packaging was beautiful and the little touches with the leaflet etc make all the difference.
Product is good quality and stylish and I love the fragrances. The scent distribution is really effective. I am sure when my visitors see it they will be wanting one!

The most amazing burner and such great quality! It looks incredible on my breakfast bar and such a talking point! It smells amazing, and gives off a long lasting subtle aroma that is not overpowering (unlike other burners) I cannot wait to try all the different scents! I have been looking at these burners for ages and I was lucky enough to win one for myself and a friend in a competition Abel Burners were holding directly! ** in response to your reply Kat, I tried every which way to contact Abel. There is no phone number on your website. I emailed the customer support via your website and got no reply. I also emailed ash at belburners and got no response.
After several “failed” deliveries by DPD, which every time there were people home, I had to collect the burner from my local post office.
In fairness the burner looks really good, the packaging is great and I’m happy to have finally received it, so have changed my star rating to 3 stars. DPD really need to sort their act out
