Soooo disappointing!

Yes, the flowers arrived the day they were supposed to. That’s for the 1 star.

No, the flowers were nothing like the photo.

No the flowers were not worth anywhere near the price I paid.

No, the customer service failed to rectify the situation and I had to chase to get a reply pointing to terms and conditions and a voucher (lol) for 10% of the price paid.

No, I won’t be using this company or recommend to anyone except perhaps my foes.

Beware, they are network of sites and you might not even think you’re using this company - I bought flowers from newcastleblooms.com.au but this is clearly owned operated by these clowns.

Scam scam scam and scam.
I, unfortunately, experienced the services of a better florist.
Their websites and sales are illegal from a Law point of view as they confirmed by email to use only images as illustrations without clearly making a statement of that.

Please, run away from all A Better Florist and sub-companies (Oslo Blooms for that time) and don't trust all good experiences that are all fake and buy by the company to continue their scam.

Thank you for delivering the flower. Looking forward for the next occasion.

I bought a bouquet of roses through A Better Florist online…and it was simple…they not only delivered a beautiful bouquet of roses, they delivered them within the time frame they said they would, and when I enquired about something with them via the online chat - they responded to me instantly and were very transparent and treated me like I was the most important thing in their day at that moment.

Would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend their services!!!

The team was really helpful in helping me get a bouquet of flowers ready within a day or two, and getting it delivered on time on New Year's Eve Day in Guangzhou, China. I really appreciate the team's hard work and commitment in helping customers getting their orders delivered on time. There was a minor mistake on the note but overall, fresh flowers were delivered on time and they were exactly as depicted on the website.

Do not order, they replace flowers with different flowers of less value. There are other online flower delivery options which.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. They cant even deliver on time!! Flowers delivered were not even nice like in the picture.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company and all their "local" subsidiary companies (e.g. Oslo Blooms) are a scam. They do not deliver as instructed and when they *offer* a refund they take a 10% administrative fee, which appears to be their business model and how they make their money.

Very pleased with the efficiency and service for delivery of a floral tribute for a bereavement. The floral tribute was delivered on 9 August 2021 at 6 pm to the wake. Note that the 9 August was a public holiday and there was no surcharge. That's service with a S.

Will use them again.

I was very surprised this worked out. I ordered from the US, for a delivery to my girlfriend while she was in Turkey. Flowers were great. Looked like the photo and were high quality. Took a risk, and it paid off... This is a real review and i felt i needed to write it since there was a ton of bad reviews.

Horrible service. Delivered my daughter’s college graduation gift on the wrong date and she was already out of town on a planned 4 day trip when they left her bouquet at her neighbors. I’ve been asking for a refund for over a month and the refuse. I’m so angry I spent $118 and got totally screwed. They have no business ethics and they could care less about ruining the special occasion. All that matters to them is they keep your money. PATHETIC!! They shouldn’t be in business because more people will be hurt and scammed by this piece of s#!t company!! Don’t walk, RUN AWAY!!!!

BE AWARE OF A SCAMMER
I have ordered a bouquet called The Spring Breeze from their website, it looked gorgeous, but in picture only. The person received a bag of garbage. STAY AWAY. This company is only a front portal, when you place order with them, they then place order with some cheap local florists and pay them pennies, this explain the horrible difference

Ok so pay your money and hope - and remember this is not a cheap service in cost, just a cheap service as a customer service! If the flowers are ok then great. Face any issue and you will get platitudes and a minor offer of discount for a future order. So basically spend further monies with them to resolve poor service - great business model.
Flowers delivered in poor condition and starting dying in 2 days. The recipient too embarrassed to initially tell me. When I found out and sent full details and photos customer service team they don’t want to know. Must raise immediately! Sorry too late. So basically your issue not ours - thank you we have you money. Please spend some more with us with a minor discount oh and your response is dealt with by a CUSTOMER SUCCESS officer - seriously!!

The cake is very different from the pictures shown in Oscar’s Cakes. The size is very small and shallow, basically the biscuit base is of the same height as the cheese layer! Outrageous

I ordered 3 bouquet of flowers from A Better Florist 1 day before Mother’s Day. They are to be delivered at different times to 2 different locations. I was quite concerned initially with the bad reviews I have seen (after I ordered). But to my great relief, all the bouquets were delivered and to good quality. Great job on an expedited order on a busy day !
