Ordered a bouquet of flowers in Stockholm for SEK2,157 which comes to around USD215 at current prices, then I saw they are selling the same product for around USD50 in other locations. Total scam. First and only 5 star review here on Trustpilot is by someone called Steve Feiner who is the owner and CEO of the business. I guess that says enough about their integrity. Never again.

Avoid at all costs
Awful level of customer service. Charged extra for devliery after order was accepted, didn't delivery on the date, failed to deliver even on the SECOND promised delivery date. Now trying to get them to do their job, or give me my money back failing which I will have to complain to the ACCC. Avoid at all costs! Go to a 24 hour florist and do the delivery yourself; so much better!

Flowers didnt arrive, told me they would arrive on Thursday nothing, then told me they had a system glitch they would be there on Sunday (really!!) of course they didnt arrive.

Very bad
Very bad.
Ordered $150 aus worth of roses, chocolates and a vase from abetterflorristau.
Their system "didn't capture" my delivery date and time and despite leaving my contact phone number they emailed me. Luckily I saw their email in my spam folder the day before the flowers needed to arrive.
The roses I ordered where supposed to be red and cream/champagne. Instead I got red and orange and they where no where near the quality of what was pictured on their site.
I ordered a simple looking vase from their site but what I received was different than pictured.
I ordered a box of $25 chocolates and the chocolates that arrived where completely different brand and value.
They have no physical store to visit. Their contact number goes to Singapore where the business seemed to originate from. No Australian phone number, no google reviews, website works poorly. - overall it just felt like a shady interaction.
I would discourage anyone from using this business and I won't be using them again.
Fleurus in Bundall or rosita at various locations around the Gold Coast are much better options.
Just wish I could get a refund - received nothing I was expecting to receive.
