As a complete newbie to the world of air rifle target shooting I was hoping for a good relationship with Branthwaite gunsmiths. But unfortunately my dealings have been fought with problems from day one. So not impressed at all. My confidence, trust and respect has completely been destroyed by these events.

Firstly it's a pellet pistol not a BB pistol.
They recommend pellets, which jammed the new pistol and my Air rifle. With pellets I had already both guns worked, and continue to work perfectly.
You hopefully can understand why I have lost all confidence with this retailer, giving poor service and even worse advice. Additional to that not getting the facts correct.

Stephen purchased a brand new CO2 BB air pistol, a Beretta PX4 Storm and as most “newbie’s" do he unfortunately blocked the barrel up with a magazine full of pellets.
When we sell air pistols, we always explain that each CO2 capsule fires approximately 60 shots, as a reminder to replace the capsules and avoid the newbie error of blocking the barrel up full of pellets!
Instead of returning the BB air pistol to the shop he attempted to remove the pellets himself causing damage and voiding his warranty.
