My garage door had been propped up for years to keep it open as I was so scared of the expense of a new one.
When i finally found the courage to do the research into replacing my garage door. I came across this company that not only fits and supplies garage doors but have dedicated repair engineers to fix most problem. Simon was the engineer assigned to the job. He was amazing what a professional,honest man with a great work ethic. He knew exactly what he was talking about with his vast knowledge and experience and immediately knew what the issues were by just opening the garage door.
My door is now fully functioning and no longer need two people to open it everytime. He then popped over to my sisters and repaired her garage door.
I have saved 100's of 100's of pounds i am so grateful. Thank you so much for being a honest company with Outstanding engineers who actually care about doing the best job for the client.

Our very wide garage door was replaced on January 25th. The price was competitive, the quotation visit by a very polite and competent engineer gave us clear explanations. The fitting team were friendly and did a neat job even though the old, steel, very heavy door fell hard. Everything cleaned up nicely before they left. Very good service and we are happy to recommend their service.

From my initial contact with ABi, I've been impressed. The survey was exactly when promised and any questions I asked were answered with confidence. The flexibility on installation was a breath of fresh air and the quality of the installation was excellent. The team who installed the door were neat, tidy and very polite. I'm very happy with my Hormann roller door and would highly recommend ABi.

Our Hormann remote control garage door made a funny noise then refused to budge either manually or electronically. We received excellent service from ABi from start to finish. Competent and knowledgeable staff in the office gathered as much info as possible so the very experienced and capable repairer could bring spares with him. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and the charge was very reasonable. Would highly recommend ABi.

I contacted ABI for a replacement receiver and key fobs. Spoke to Grace who was very polite, friendly and extremely professional. An appointment was made and the engineer (Craig) turned up on time. Craig was brilliant. Although faced with technical challenges, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and completed the installation without a fuss. All in all, I found ABI an excellent company to deal with and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

We couldn’t have received a better service from Abi Doors: they responded swiftly to all enquiries, provided very helpful advice during the first visit and completed all work on time to the highest standard. We were particularly pleased with the attention to detail during the fitting where the team took time to ensure a seamless fit between our original 1930s architrave and the new door frame. The door is really sturdy and the patterned glass spreads the light which has brightened up what used to be a dark corridor. Would definitely recommend.

I was not present when the fitters arrived to carry out the work but my wife was content with the way they worked and the result was very much to our satisfaction.
I also have to acknowledge the courteous way in which the lady receptionist handled my enquiry

Great service from start to finish. Easy decision to make after the initial survey which made me feel confident about the product and the fitting. Love that it’s essentially a family firm which made me feel even more reassured. Engineers were great. Clearly very good at what they do and very friendly and easy to have around. Good VFM also. Like the look and operation of the product and love that I can open it from my phone!

ABI recently fitted a Hormann automatic garage door. The ordering process was very good and an expected delivery date given at that time. I received a call when the door was due to be fitted confirming a date that was a little longer than at first expected, this may have been due to deliveries during Covid.
Having not heard anything from ABI for a few weeks, I phoned them the afternoon before just to check the fitters would be arriving as planned. I was told that 2 teams of fitters had rung in sick that day and they would rearrange another date. As I had taken the day off work when the fitters were due this left me no time to cancel the days holiday.
This was rearranged for the following Saturday so that I wouldn’t have to take more holidays after I told them to cancel the order. I later found out from a builder friend that they had been fitting doors on a new housing development and that is why the cancelled my appointment.
Greg and Steve did a fantastic job with the fitting and showed me how everything worked. They tidied up and left everything clean.
I would have given 5 stars if they had rung me a few days beforehand and not me having to chase them up.
