We recently ordered and had installed a kitchen through Ability. The service was very good and the the team were approachable with any concerns we had during the process. We had one issue at the end of install around the tap fitting and this was dealt with to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and have done to friends already.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending kitchen creations. From start to finish they have been excellent ! We went from just wanting new worktops, to new doors then decided to go for it and change the whole kitchen and utility room . We are so pleased we did , and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result .
Sean has been amazing and so patient and attentive , as we changed our minds a few times ! In the end they came up with a design (Richie) ,which we loved and seeing it come to life was amazing . The kitchen fitter , Chris ,was superb and highly skilled . He was clean , tidied up after himself every day ,and worked to an amazingly high standard . The electrician Gemma did exactly what we wanted with the lights and the plumber worked well also and efficiently. Also the quartz company were amazing and we love the new worktops.
Don’t hesitate in giving these guys a call , you won’t regret it !
It really does make us smile every day when we come down to a beautiful kitchen !
Everyone was great , but an extra special mention to Sean , he is an asset to the business , a real nice genuine guy , who goes out of his way to help .

A big thank you to the team at Kitchen Creation for designing and fitting our new kitchen. It looks great and we have had some great comments from the people who have seen the finished product. The WOW factor was not a driving force for us but this kitchen certainly now ticks that box.
From design (Richie, who never rushed us but just kept going until the design was spot on) through to implementation (Sean, Chris, Danny, Gemma, John and Sam from the Corian company) was a good process. The product is excellent and each member of the team seemed to take a pride in their part of the job. Any problems encountered along the way were always sorted out with no fuss and hassle.
Overall we are delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend anyone to talk to Kitchen Creation if they are in the market to bring their current kitchen up- to-date.

Three years ago Ability fitted our kitchen with painted, oak, in-frame units including a large island with Silestone tops. We were really impressed with their attention to detail, politeness, punctuality and cleanliness.
Last week they fitted our utility room with less expensive units and again we were not disappointed. We received the same friendliness, care and devotion.

We recently used Kitchen Creations by ability to design and fit a kitchen to go in our house extension. I can’t recommend them enough. The finished version is exactly what we wanted and the materials and finish are even better than I expected. We worked with Kieren Gallagher throughout the exercise, and not only is he very good at what he does, but he’s patient, full of good ideas and nothing is too much trouble. We made multiple changes throughout the process and Kieren’s attitude was always consistent. All they want is to design and build the kitchen of your dreams. If you’re getting a new kitchen, look no further than Kitchen Creations.

First started looking for a new kitchen a couple of years ago, this company was recommended to us by a friend last minute we were all set up to have a kitchen from another company so glad we didnt, we visited the showroom and met Kieran who was fantastic from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, we changed the design a few times, what makes this company stand out is their exceptional customer service and the outstanding quality of their units, i had my own joiner install my kitchen and he couldnt praise the quality of the units enough, he fits kitchens from other outlets and commented on the superior quality of the Kitchen Creation units.
Sean another member of the team has been fantastic, he has called around a couple of times throughout the installation.
Both Kieran and Sean have been brilliant and are a credit to Kitchen Creations nothing is too much trouble
Everyone who comes to our house asks where i had the kitchen from as it looks amazing, the quality truly stands out.
If anyone is in the market for a new kitchen don't look anywhere else, i wouldn't waste your time, you wont get customer service like you get from this team and you certainly wont beat the quality of the kitchen.

I love my kitchen from Ability. I have had my finished extension and kitchen for a few months now and I really enjoy spending time in it. It's exactly what I wanted.
My builder recommended them after I had looked at a few other places that didn't fill me with confidence. The service I got from the first meeting with Sean was brilliant. This was really important to me as this was the first kitchen I had ever chosen from blank page to installation and I wanted people that would ask me the right questions based on their experience and were happy to answer all my questions (there were a lot). My builders did the installation but Sean still popped round while they were installing and afterwards to make sure everything was being done correctly.
The quality of the kichen is great, I am really happy with it. If I ever need another kitchen I wont hesitate to get it from Kitchen Creations.

We contacted Ability Kitchens to get a new kitchen in our house as the home is quite dated snd it’s run down. Kieren came and measured everything up before sending us some CAD designs a couple of days later. They were extremely efficient and professional in their approach, organising everything that needed doing with various tradespeople well in advance. The whole fitting was smooth and painless and the quality of the kitchen is second-to-none. Special mentions to Kieren for managing the whole project and fitter Mike for working late to get the job done on time. Couldnt recommend them any more

Absolutely beautiful quality finished article at a very competitive price. The standard of the units are of a much higher quality than their competitors and we found the service from start to finish fantastic too. Whatever minor snaggs there were were quickly resolved and we are very very happy with our kitchen. Thanks guys

From start to finish Ability were fantastic, inevitably decisions change on such a project and when this happened everyone was helpful and solution orientated. From planning to installation and snagging the attention to detail was faultless. A couple of useful suggestions, be super careful about measurements and mock up if possible, the CAD diagrams are excellent but sometimes don’t look exactly the same in situ, try and find the appliances to try out, we loved our integrated hob but it has taken some getting used to. I have recommended Ability to anyone who needs a new kitchen, with so many terrible builders out there, you’re in very safe hands.

We started our journey looking for a new kitchen 2 years ago and visited the 'usual' suppliers and installers. Some were okay, some had hidden 'bomb-shells' such as 'now find a fitter to install it and they bill you as well!'
A nearby house was being comprehensively renovated and extended; we got to know the builder and he referred us to Ability. I admit to never having heard of them, but he took ourselves across to their showroom.
Their designer, surprised us with the attention to detail that is the hallmark of their work. We arrived with some ideas and he showed us around their cabinets, which they make themselves and thus can tailor them to your kitchen. We needed some cabinets that weren't the usual 60cm depth and this was no problem; if you wanted 37.83cm deep cabinets then that's what you could get. Their factory makes your kitchen to your specifications!
Everything is detailed in the quote down to the smallest detail. Their quote includes images of everything, so you can really see what you are getting. They are a Neff dealer, so appliances are excellent.
The installation period for us was 3 weeks; we had a plan for a temporary kitchen because on the first day our old kitchen was gone!
Ability has assembled a 'dream team' of contractors who just take as much stress out of the process as they can. The kitchen fitter, took attention to detail to a whole new level; the care he took in making sure everything was just right was fantastic. As a conduit to the company, he made sure we knew what was going on and answered any questions we had.
The finished kitchen was superb; the small things were never too small for them to sort out and they made sure we were very happy customers (which we are).
I can't recommend Ability enough; you will not regret getting your kitchen from them and it will exceed your expectations. We are super happy with ours and they are making sure, a week later, that the after sales service is excellent too!

We are really pleased with the quality and installation of the kitchen. This is the second time I have used Kitchen Creations by Ability And I would use them again. I would recommend them to any looking for a new kitchen.

We received lots of help to plan our brand new kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful - Even pointing us in the right direction for our induction hob and extractor from a company we’d never heard of - it’s fabulous! We visited many kitchen companies before choosing Ability Kitchens and I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen.

Ability have recently completed our new bedroom renovation. From our initial showroom consultation we were hugely impressed with their creative ideas, exceptional advice and extensive choices offered. We dealt with their representative Seon from the start of project / planning to the end result and completion.
Their installer sent was courteous, clean, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in the house, his work was faultless. Their eye for detail, communication and execution was nothing short of exceptional which is why we have taken the time to let others know our very positive experience. I recently bought a shaker style kitchen from Ability and I couldn't be happier with it. From start to finish the service was impeccable and the quality of the units is far better than the large high street brands despite the price being comparable.

Kieren and Sean went above and beyond for me on many occasions, providing excellent ideas, changing the design multiple times due to indecision on my part (whoops...), and even providing design and installation advice on the quartz worktops despite me not buying them from Ability (simply because they didn't stock the specific pattern I was set on).

I honestly can't recommend Ability highly enough!
