We had our kitchen from Richard and the team nearly two years ago now and it’s still as beautiful now as it was then 🥰 the communication from day one was brilliant and they went out of their way to accommodate what we wanted supplying large samples of colour choices so we could make our decision easier. They came up with ideas that others didn’t that we are so glad we have got as it makes day to day life much easier!

People always comment on how amazing the kitchen is and I’m always recommending Abilty to anyone who even mentions thinking about getting a new kitchen! It’s so nice to support a local business as well knowing that my money is helping them in ways big businesses and chains don’t need.

I had a Porter style kitchen and utility fitted by Kitchen Creations a little while ago & I am absolutely delighted with the result. Richie worked with us to create our dream kitchen and we were then placed in the very safe hands of Sean and the installations team who were just brilliant. I particularly liked the fact that we had a schedule in advance of the work so that I knew exactly when the plasterers, electricians, and Frank (who installed the kitchen units) would be at the house. Last minute glitches were accommodated with ease and nothing was too much trouble - particularly when it transpired that I needed a new boiler part way through installing the utility (which is where the boiler was housed). I can also vouch for the after sales service. I slightly damaged the saucepan drawer after clumsily catching it with my heavy cast iron casserole dish. A quick phone call to Richie and I'm in the process of getting it sorted! A big thank you to the Team for creating my lovely kitchen.

Really delighted with our new kitchen. The service has been excellent and we really appreciated how the company were very accommodating and flexible about our need to hold off making decisions about some aspects of the kitchen until quite late in the day. We also really appreciated that Kieren was never pushy but gave us any information we asked for and then allowed us to make a choice in our own time. Chris who fitted the kitchen did a first class job and the company Ability use to Fit & supply the quartz worktop were excellent too.

WOW, that’s what most people say when they see my newly fitted kitchen. The team at Kitchen Creations made sure my kitchen was everything I’d ever wanted. From the design to installation I felt everything was in safe hands. There were a few hiccups but all was sorted smoothly, and to my satisfaction. Kitchen creations knocked through from our kitchen into our dining room and conservatory and we now have the “wow” factor kitchen we have always dreamt of 😃.

Excellent from day one, we absolutely love it.The attention to detail was fantastic from the design to the installation. We could not fault any of the trades used all were perfect. Sean gave us ideas we would never of thought of to ensure the kitchen was top spec and the Kitchen fitter worked really hard every day, he was tidy, trustworthy and again his attention to detail was spot on. We had a great experience Kitchen Creations from the design to the implementation. Due to building work it was a year from our first enquiry until we were ready to have it installed, but we were never put under any pressure and we kept on tweaking the final design. The kitchen is fantastic quality and looks superb, so we are delighted with how the whole process went.

Initially when choosing kitchen creations I was impressed by the personal service we received as the business is a small private company, as apposed to large chain stores. I chose them because their kitchens are made locally which means any additions or problems can be rectified quickly rather than a delay if ordered from abroad for example- Germany.
They have a huge range of kitchens available with a variety of styles, colours and budgets. They were recommended as a local Neff stockist and as I was planning on purchasing Neff oven and dishwasher it was perfect for us !
The service we received was helpful, supportive to our vision of design and practicality and accommodating regarding delivery near Christmas to fit in with our building project. We did not feel under any pressure to purchase everything from them as we had our own joiner to fit the kitchen- this was taken into account and was not a problem.
There was advice available regarding all aspects of design, specific requirements of electrical equipment and fitting where needed.
The kitchen is of a high quality, the design is exactly what we wanted and is still extremely crisp and new after two years of constant use! The advice and support given was second to none and did not at any point feel Pushy like some sales assistants can. The support was tailored for what we needed and on our budget!
We highly recommend this company!
