I received a suit in the incorrect size and was disappointed that my refund request went unanswered.

Talk to your customers and understand there needs and respond to e:mail promptly ... your refund policy is a joke.. your communication on refunds is even more disgraceful..
Your policy ruined my wedding suit.

Disgrace of a company complete scam merchants ..avoid at all costs

Do not buy anything from these scammers. Suit returned, months later still no refund. I’d give minus stars if possible.

Can't believe this company have asked me to review them again - I'm still waiting for my refund close to 6 months on. Do not use them , they are an utterly inept company who will take your money readily enough but are appalling at refunding it when you do all they ask.

Returned a suit which was of poor quality and poorly made, they contacted me to say they have received the return, but never refunded my money, after numerous requests to do so. Thankfully I paid by credit card, so my bank stepped in and paid me my refund

Sent me the wrong size suit then ignored my request for a refund

Sent cheap poor quality suit that was a minimum 3 sizes too big. Sent back as per process, no refund forthcoming after 3 weeks. Sent numerous emails, no response. Tried to call, no answer. Looked online at other reviews and realised there was a pattern to this behaviour. Had to contact my bank to deal with them to try to get my 200 quid back. A word to the wise - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Item was cheap, awful and ill fitting. Arranged return which didn't result in a refund until I got trading standards involved

Bought two suits in May and returned one after a lot of hassle

Be careful as you can’t contact them by phone and email response is non existent

Ordered suit for my sons wedding.
Suit came within a week but all three items were ilfitting.
Decided to just send the trousers back for a different size and have the jacket altered by a tailor at my own expense.
Nine weeks later and still no replacement trousers. This is after numerous emails to try to find out what the delay was. Ten weeks after sending them back and the replacement finally arrived. This company never reply to emails and there is no phone number. My advice is spend a little bit more and avoid this terrible company.

Cannot give minus stars. Do not waste your money on this company. Customer service zero. Suit sizings zero. Returns process zero. Save yourself a headache and go else where.

Suit arrived a day after the funeral, ordered with express delivery and week before. Returned item ,no phobe is ever answered, a couple of emails accepting a refund, but still not refunded £150 down ,this was in March, shocking

Ordered a 3 piece suit in the correct size but what came were completely different sizes. Tried returning the suit to the returns address on the form but it's been returned as undeliverable. Tried contacting the company 4 times since with no response. SCAM.
