I wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing!

First of all this is my first review ever on trust pilot, and I am not one to complain.

I ordered a suit on here back in March without looking at trust pilot first, which is something I usually do. Big mistake. From start to finish it was awful, and caused me a lot of stress. Personally I did get a refund from them after a month, maybe it was because I was VERY persistent - there was no way I was losing £200! And I didn't even receive the suit in
the first place. I don't know one person on here who has received a refund (apart from people who go to their credit card issuers) I can't believe how long this company have been running, why haven't they been shut down? To be honest I don't have a clue.

Please just don't even think about ordering from here, it's not worth the hassle.

Abitto - You should be ashamed of yourselves, taking peoples hard earned money. I would be embarrassed to work for a cowboy company like this. Please have some respect for yourselves.

My refund wasn't done.
The product was too big, send back, never received a refund.
Been struggling till this day no response from them etc.
Do not buy anything from them.

They would not refund me for some items…

They would not refund me for some items I returned. They kept saying they will get the refund processed but nothing ever happend. Luckily I bought with credit card so my credit company got my money back in the end

Poor Service and incorrect sizes

Ordered a suit for a friends wedding back in January.

when it arrived the jacket was far too long in the arms and the pants seemed to be too small in the waste for the size ordered and supposed to be short (29" leg), but for far too long at 32" leg.

Returned and pants exchanged, waste now fits but legs are still 32" and definitely not short and pants are a slightly different colour.

Difficult to contact and when I enquired about the eg length I was informed they should be be 29" for short leg. Then email silence from Abitto. No contact numbers or return email.

It a question of "we've had your money, not its not our problem. its yours". Definitely not the greatest of quality or service. I wouldn't use them again.

A complete and utter disaster of an experience avoid at all costs

A complete and utter disaster of an experience from start to finish. Would echo other reviews of this terrible business and recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Ordered a suit on 05/03/2025 and paid a premium delivery fee for next day delivery. Upon having received no information of order despatch I contacted Abitto. It was then advised that the suit purchased they could not supply the jacket in the size.

Thus an alternate option was agreed upon and the order was despatched for a next day delivery with a £50 refund thanks to Martin within the customer service team. Credit to Martin he has been the only positive experience with this company.

Upon receiving the suit in my opinion it was of poor quality and of poor fit the jacket was too small and trouser too big. I might add since then I have went to a local tailor and received a perfect fitting suit in the same measurements provided.

I have followed all the correct procedures to return the suit and had confirmation it was received back on 19/03/2025. Initially I was provided with response on email by Rachel but this has since become non existent.

After multiple chases on email and chat I was advised a refund has been issued on 26/03/2025. This refund has not been received after 14 working days as per Abitto’s T&C’s. I have also been advised that a refund would then be done via bank transfer and bank details were provided but yet again no refund has been received despite multiple attempts to make contact with Abitto to resolve this.

16/04/2025 I have now had to contact my bank to request a formal chargeback for the refund and also sent a formal letter requesting a refund. I am now owed £170 and have no suit or even a response and acknowledgement of intent.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order and whole heartedly recommend you avoid Abitto.

Avoid Abitto at All Costs – Not Worth the Hassle

I placed an order for a suit with Abitto back in February, and it’s been an absolute nightmare since. After two months of constant back-and-forth emails with no resolution, I had to contact my bank and dispute the payment just to get my money back. The customer service is shockingly bad – easily worse than Evri, and that’s saying something.

There’s a complete lack of communication. The phone number listed on their website doesn’t exist, and their so-called "live chat" is just a bot that always redirects you to the same email address, which no one seems to reply to.

If you're thinking about ordering to save a few pounds, don’t. It’s not worth the time, stress, or frustration. Do yourself a favour and avoid Abitto entirely.

They sent the wrong size jacket

They sent a wrong size jacket, label was correct but upon measuring the actual jacket it was not the size stated. I returned the jacket asking them to either refund or send me the correct size however they just sent the same jacket back and ignored any further contact I made with them. The customer service was appalling.

Avoid this scammer at all costs

I ordered a suit for a special occasion which was quite short notice (approx 3 weeks) but was assured that this wouldnt be an issue.
As the date got nearer i tried calling the advertised number - was ket on hold for approx 20 minutes and then the call was connected, i tried this a few times pressing all options for sales, returns, customer service etc - the same thing happened each time.
the suit eventually arrived after i meailed and threatened to cancel the order, the jacket was about 8 sizes too big so i hand no choice but to buy locally and arrange a return and refund.
I followed the return instructions to the letter and provided proof that the suit had been returned (this was in November 2024)
I chased numerous times for the refund but received no response.
I raised a case with my bank (Barclays) who were unable to help.
I have given up chasing and just written it off as a bad experience.
FOr your own good, do not part with your money for the highly unscrupulous and dishonest company.

Very disappointed, very poor

Very disappointed, initially the service was like any other web site, the goods were of adequate quality. However, once your return item is received, no contacts others have said just ghosted. The only resolution is going through your card issuer. I finally received my £199.99 back after 5 months.

Crappy service. Scam artists

I ordered a suit from Abitto 3 months before my wedding with an estimated delivery of 4 weeks. The suit arrived 3 days after the wedding and only after weeks of chasing and I started a refund request through Klarna that I had used to pay for it.

Best service ever ordered at noon…

Best service ever ordered at noon arrived next day and was a fantastic fit customer service had an enquiry and that was replied to within minutes on fantastic products fantastic service one very happy customer the suit fits well came with own it’s a little suit bag which is a little bonus and nice little touch. I thought thank you so much. Will definitely be buying more stuff. !

Will not refund exchanges AVOID!!!!

Returned the suit I ordered (complying with their returns policy in full). Received an email from them acknowledging receipt of the suit and then heard nothing more from them. Emails ignored, phone automatically hung up after 15 minutes on hold. I even tried contacting them via social media. In the end I had to contact my bank and the bank ended up doing a ‘charge back’ and actually reversed the transaction from 3 months prior getting me my £200 back after I submitted proof that Abitto were at fault. Lost out on the delivery fee (paid extra to have the suit delivered in a short time frame which they also did not do and was the reason I returned the suit as it arrived 2 days after a wedding I needed it for) AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

No contact available no updates received!

No contact no updates!
Paid for 2-3 business day delivery on 12th February.
Chased up by e-mail when didn't arrive. Response asking for order ref, but an order confirmation never came through by e-mail.
Phone number in UK doesn't work. Items have now arrived in UK, but keep hitting issues moving from one location to another. **Will update when suits do eventually appear**

Suits arrived 5th March 2025.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! i ordered suit it arrived and was very bad quality and fitting. I returned the suit the following day RMSD. They contacted me and said they sere returning the suit as there was no returns form in the package. I have been requesting a returns form but they will not reply. I have contacted trading standards and and my credit card company. The quality of the item was similar to a well known Chinese app.

Scam- don’t order- now out of pocket before wedding

Scam- bought a suit and it was labelled as the correct size, but totally incorrect measurements. Tried to post the suit back with a letter requesting for refund, they returned the same suit back to me asking me to email them for a return form ( which I have done ) and they are now ignoring all my emails and requests. Having to go through trading standards for refund
