After returning a jacket to ask for a…

After returning a jacket to ask for a refund, i received an email to say they were dealing with it, now as to date nearly 4 weeks later still nothing. Stupidly i ordered a further jacket and not even received that. Shocking communication, poor after sales. I would advise no one to use this company. Worst i have had to date.

Terrible customer service

The suit was a very nice suit but unfortunately wasn’t quite the right fit for me, the arms were too short. After getting in contact with customer service I received an email saying they could Tailor and edit my order to help it fit but in the end I decided a refund would be the best option. I sent an email confirming I would like an email and I have had no response for a week, despite multiple attempts to chase up the email and try calling the company. I have posted my suit back to them and will see what comes of this in the coming days. Overall I would say I’m truly displeased with the lack of customer service and care regarding this matter and would seriously consider if I would order for this company again.

AVOID!

Paid for express delivery as needed suit to arrive in time for a function. Suit arrived after it was meant to so I could not wear it. Returned for a refund. After a few weeks wait and numerous emails I had to escalate to my credit card company to dispute the transaction and get my refund. Very shoddy company. Avoid at all cost

Absolutely abysmal experience! Avoid!

Absolutely abysmal experience!
Went here because they did a suit that matched my husbands in the size of his brother who was best man. We got him measured at a suit shop and gave the correct sizes. It’s came far too small! We paid extra to get it next day, we got it 3 days later. It came in a plastic bag not a suit bag like the suits we’d ordered for less from elsewhere.
Because it came late was unable to exchange and asked for a refund. Returned in the 14 days period, cost a fortune, tried emailing numerous times got no reply. A month later and I’m still fighting for a refund luckily bought via credit card so going through the credit card company but unfortunately have another 45 day wait to give this company a chance before my credit card company will give me my money back. So I’m £211 out of pocket currently and not suit to show for it. Absolutely avoid like the plague! I regret ever going here!

Abitto and no refund

If I could go lower I would, the suit is of poor quality and sizes are incorrect. I am still waiting for a refund , but they don’t return calls and try to avoid you at all costs. Please don’t use this site.

AWFUL COMPANY, BE WARNED

Ongoing now for over 6 weeks. Absolute joke of a company. Zero customer care. No response from emails, constantly on hold on the phone. Bought a suit that arrived within a week but was too big. Paid to send it back to be exchanged and I have had no contact since. They keep sending effing adverts but not my suit. Like the last guy, I am now going through small claims court. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!
Update: Credit Card company have refunded. Still contact from the abysmal company. PS have you noticed they never comment on anything other than a five star review?? Funny that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - we sent back two suits totalling 300 pounds weeks ago and still no refund and they don’t answer your emails. Shocking it’s a scam. That’s 300 of our wedding fund gone.

I bought a Suit for a wedding and found…

I bought a Suit for a wedding and found that the jacket was to big, i sent this back (still with plenty of time) and waited 2 weeks for a replacement which never arrived. After several emails i realised that the best thing was to send the trousers etc back and get a full refund (went to Next for suit - fantastic). waited nearly 3 months for promised refund and still didn't receive it so eventually got in touch with the credit card company and they refunded my account. Do not use this company as there customer service is non-existing.

No after sales service !

Very disappointed in the service inconsistency- I bought my second suit from them in August but the sizing was wrong as such I sent it back for a refund. Now in December and no money received. Such a shame as my first experience was so good. The radio silence is so poor - I have emailed multiple times and I am just being ignored.
My advice - if you get your order right - brilliant and the suits are good but if you require any after sales service - beware it is non existent!! So disappointing!

Avoid abitto at all cost

Firstly they sent the wrong size pants with the suit. Then I returned it for refund, they received it on the 4th November which was signed for by themselves and acknowledged by email, stating i'll receive my refund within 14working days. It had now been 21 working days and I still havent received my refund or any email from themselves stating a reason for not processing the refund. They haven't returned any of my emails since receiving the suit back and the phone line is constantly put on hold until it cuts off after 30mins!! Terrible customer service and shopping experience. I would highly recommend NOT using abitto London. Feels like a scam to be honest. The suit they did send originally wasn't of good quality either.

Order Not Received

Abbito want feedback on my experience, maybe should check if I’ve actually received my order first!!

DHL have been unable to deliver my parcel so far and tracking is virtually impossible.

Are Abbito able to help with this or just going to hope I somehow give positive feedback?

I wish I had checked Trustpilot first....

Ph how I wish I had checked Trustpilot before i used this company. I am, like many others before me, very unhappy with this company.

Ordered my suit and my order was confirmed in 18th Sept.
I needed it quickly (10 days til my brothers wedding), but that didn't seem to be an issue according to the website.

1. Suit didn't arrive in time.
2. It takes them a week to reply to their "contact us" form/email
3. I cancelled my order and was promised a refund with timescales as per their T&Cs (14 days) on 8th October.
4. Since then, no refund has been forthcoming (it's 27th Nov now) and all emails sent since this time (4 in 6 weeks) have not been replied to.

So yes. You and I should not use this company, cos they don't care about us and as they probably won't refund you if you need it.

I assume they don't care if we all get our money back from our credit card provider, but I don't think my bank should have to cover for this lot.
It's probably not a scam, they are probably just rubbish, but that's not making me feel any better. I'm just glad I used a credit card, so I am protected from traders like this.

Poor Quality Appalling Customer Service

‘’WARNING’ Do not buy from this company - their clothing quality is poor and their customer service is appalling - Read all of the reviews before you make a purchase!
I wish I’d read Abitto’s reviews before I ordered my jacket and waistcoat online.
Initially, I ordered the Brown Herringbone with Orange , Black and Red Tweed Jacket and Waistcoat Size 40” (in Other brands I’m always a 38” or a 40” )
Alas they were too ‘snug’ so conforming with Abitto’s strict return conditions, I ordered a size 42” and returned the size 40” ‘tracked’
When I received the size 42” it was HUGE ! More like a 44” or a 46” !
Also, the colours varied greatly to their website and the quality for ‘Tweed’ was disappointing.
I decided Abitto wasn’t for me so once again, conforming to their Strict return conditions, I returned my second order (tracked)
My experience with Abitto only got worse ! After THREE WEEKS they still hadn’t issued my refund despite having acknowledged receipt of my goods and not notifying me of any problems . In total they owed me £263!
Despite emailing them DAILY (which they only replied to once ) trying their Webchat (it doesn’t work) and no one answering their phone, after 20 WORKING DAYS (they stress 7-14 Working days) I was still chasing my refund.
In the end I’ve had to contact my bank and raise a ‘Transaction Dispute’ ! Lots of form filling, and establishing proof - all time consuming.
I rarely have cause to post a negative review but I hope by doing so this time I can spare someone else having this awful experience.
So please - don’t deal with this company, read the reviews first - they’re not as they seem!
I’m sticking to Next tailoring! And other reputable high street retailers.

Terrible product and customer service

Terrible product and customer service.

The suit finally arrived and was a terrible fit and of inferior quality. I have since returned the suit well within the company's timeframe and in the condition it was received. So far, two months after returning the item and numerous emails chasing the refund, I have not received anything, and communication has stopped.

This is now being taken up with my bank via chargeback to get my money back.

Very friendly AI on ordering

Very friendly AI on ordering. Couldn’t do enough. Suit arrived late despite paying extra. Packed in plastic bag, all screwed up. Hence suit looked like a rag.
Ordered short trousers which came in at 32” inside leg. Advised this was the shortest.
Decided to return suit for refund. Advised 14 working days. Cost £18 to send back. Requested update after two weeks. No reply. AI seemed to go very quiet. Communication with customer stopped. Eventually refund arrived after 17 working days.
Not recommended due to poor customer care and communication.

Absolutely discusted

Absolutely discusted, this review will be staying on here until I receive my full refund for £220.00. If I receive it or any email back.

I ordered a suit two months ago and sent it back after it took a month to turn up as I needed an exchange. I then received the exchange another month later. I also sent this back due to poor quality and not being happy with the company overall.

I've now spend £245.00 including postage and I've got the same suit coming back that's no good with no refund.

It's alright though at least I have a "129.00 pocket watch" that you can buy on Ali express for less than two pounds.

Absolutely disgusted please do not order from this company as you will spend hours on the phone listening to there music for no one to pick up. You will receive useless emails. And you definitely will not receive a refund. ,
