Beware this company has gone bust but still has website going and will still take your money!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I sent this firm a silver label they had previously printed which of course featured our correct address. I also asked for individual labels.
They managed to get the postcode wrong on the hundreds of useless labels they sent. They also did not give us individual labels, not sheets.
Trying to contact them by phone is another fiasco. You get a message saying an adviser will be with you shortly- another joke. The phone just bleeps for a while before the call is ended.
I have tried for three days to make contact but their e-sales address- copied and pasted- bounced back undelivered.
I am about to write a letter to them, another waste of my time.
Useless on all fronts.

Utterly unable to contact Customer Service helpline - despite many many tries. I need to discuss recent order (received) for Correspondence cards. I cannot even find our order (and we have used AL before) under ‘Recent Orders’. Pls call me on 07802 608573

I ordered a golf bundle over 2 weeks ago as a birthday gift. I have received an email today cancelling my order & stating i will be refunded. With less than a week to the birthday this leaves me little time to find another gift. Not happy at all & would not recommend at all.

My items arrived earlier than expected and the quality was perfect. will definitely be back for other personalised gifts!

Description of address labels miss leading. No adhesive just chopped up pieces of paper. Just a joke and a LOT of money for something that is almost worthless. Also had to chase the order as it was so slow and then endless marketing emails, I will never use this company again.

Pleased with labels but not the delivery time it took to arrive.
I tried to phone customer services I tried 12 times and each time after the options I got the engaged tone.
I wanted to see where my order was.
When I did get through it rang for so long then cut me off.

As an alternative to a photo, this was a logo of an obscure band for which permission to use the logo for a photo mug for own use had been obtained. The logo had not been designed with a coffee mug in mind, but the result was very good. The main theme was an image plus the name of the band in distinctive lettering all in red on a black background. Some fine red on black lines were a bit faint, but the overall result was excellent. Very satisfied with the mug which is in use every day.
The company sales team were very helpful in putting together an overall design incorporating the image provided. Having placed the order, the product arrived nine days later. This was a better than the expected turnaround time as the order was placed in a traditional busy period for personalised products.
To sum up, the photo mug is a great opportunity to own a unique product at a reasonable price.

The personalised boot bag was bigger than I expected but arrived much sooner than expected and looks great! Very good value for money!

Product was good but delivery was terrible took9 working days to arrive , No update and no compensation or resolution at all , If you have to order something from them i suggest you do it well in advance.

I made order of 1 inch and 1/2 inch labels, you can’t chose the length . I received the order last week. The quality is good but we couldn’t use them as they are more than 17 cm length and we can’t find this space on the clothes.

Ordered wrong size label, but contacted them in under an hour and corrected the order. I didn’t even ask for a refund in the price, but disappointingly, despite them confirming it would be changed by email, I still received the wrong size. Won’t bother using again.

Just wanted to share a how amazing able labels have been this week. I have always used able-labels.co.uk to buy personalised school labels from nursery age 3 until now- both stick on and sow in for our sons uniform. The clothes labels are really great and the dishwasher labels last and last on drinks bottles and pack up boxes. I have ordered their clothes labels for years and have always been a very satisfied customer.
I went to place an order for secondary school this week but the labels were too young for age 11+- I emailed the company and within 24 hours they have changed the sticker size to smaller and plainer for older kids.
What great service. I would highly recommend for all other parents currently preparing for next week!! It is not often a company are so responsive and helpful- I had emails from customer service saying they had asked production/ design to create a small discrete label for older children and within 24 hours I was able to place an order for my 11 year old for tiny plains white with black font labels. Unbelievable customer service. Huge thanks for listening and acting so promptly
