Very poor experience
Very poor experience. GJ was so rude and defensive when I queried why my delivery was late. Product arrived in crumpled envelope. Inferior quality. Overall a dreadful experience. Far better on Etsy from companies who REALLY care. Kinda laughable that their motto is quality service and value.

Pleased with replacement embroidery
We ordered Personalised Colouring Pencils and a Personalised Embroidered Pencil Case. For the pencil case we ordered purple, with white embroidery, and we wanted the name “Isabella” only (lower case apart from the first letter, as illustrated when ordering). However, we were supplied with a case embroidered “ISABELLA VICKERY”, all in capital letters. (In the last few years we have submitted 3 similar orders, which were fulfilled as expected. This latest case is less attractive, and will not match the one given to her cousin.) I’m an ex teacher, and have encouraged use of correct letter cases. We reported this in our initial review, but Able Labels took note and quickly contacted us, and sent a well-embroidered replacement - thanks for that.
