I have been using able label for atleast 4 to 5 years and their service has deteriorated. When I ordered in 2019, I had to chase them to post my order. This year it has been worse. I called yesterday and was told it would be posted today. I just called and they claim that it will be posted today or tomorrow. On the front page of their website it is written dispatched within 5 working days*. The lady I spoke to said in their terms and conditions it will be longer during busy times. Why are you deceiving people by advertising something else? When I informed the lady that I have been patronising them for years now and I will no longer patronise them. Her response was that is your prerogative! I was so disappointed! I will never use you again.
You lack simple customer service!
It has been absolutely disappointing for my children. If you do not want your children to be disappointed then do use them or at the very least order a month in advance!

Their cost of delivery is so high and yet they are unable to deliver in good time. Shameful!

Good products and prices but the Website is absolutely awful. Took an hour with several attempts to get things as I wanted Screens freezing, fields not working. Print your project comes up with a nonsense page. Seems no opportunity to replace password if forgotten. Their Website author needs to try and use it.

Really poor quality labels. Full of printing errors. Obviously no quality control. Looked like it had been printed on a 90’s printer.

I ordered a pack of 12 personalised crayons as a Christmas present for my daughter to take to school. They arrived and were really nice but contained three shades of brown and no orange or purple. I contacted customer service to see if I could get hold of an orange and purple crayon (my daughter is only 6, so a wide array of colours is pretty important) and was informed that the pack I had bought did not have those colours available (despite both being shown in the photo on the website). They then offered to send me a pack of 12 personalised natural wood crayons instead, which should include the colours I was after, free of charge! These arrived this morning, in record time, and are absolutely perfect. So thank you, Able Labels!

Do not buy if you have a child who will be disappointed when he doesn't get a birthday present! Delivery time is A LIE!!!

There was a minor problem with my order, which was entirely my own fault, and Emma sorted it out very efficiently. Outstanding customer service - thank you Emma - and extremely prompt delivery.
