I realized several days before a business trip my passport did not have sufficient time left to travel on. Using the automated system, I was able do quickly process the necessary information up through FEDEX shipment and have my new passport back in time for my trip. Exceptional service!

The process was easy and service prompt.

I felt that the online application and other necessary information was very easy to fill out and the instructions were easy to follow. I did however feel that the date on the fed ex label's were short. I wondered why there wasn't more time to get it mailed out. I'm not talking about a long long time but maybe another week or so. I know my sister was charged another 25.00 or so for another label to get you information that was not listed on the application of things needed to be sent to you. I felt like that was not right. My son was here for a visit from Chine so we could get the information that you said you needed after the fact. If he wasn't here it would've been a real headache to get from him.

The fee to have the Brazilian visa expedited equated to the cost of travel and hotel to be in person, so the expense can be justified. Plus, as long as you have mailed all the required forms, it's much less stressful than trying to get in line as early as possible, waiting all day, and dealing with the foreign visa office.

Dealing with Abriggs is a quick and easy way to secure all your passport and visa needs. I had absolutely no problems or issues with the on-line site or the forms I needed. I was also able to easily check on the status, and got everything right when I was supposed to. Can't beat that.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants or needs a passport, whether in a rush or not. Everything that was promised, was delivered. You will not be disappointed.
