My passport was damaged in Hurricane Sandy. The local post office official refused to accept my application for a new one because the old was readable, but according to government guidelines published on the web, it was too damaged to be accepted at airports, so I was afraid to use it. I also wanted the P.O. to cooperate with A.Briggs because I needed the passport soon, but he wouldn't, even though I did everything correctly. So I sent everything to A.Briggs figuring they could sort out what I needed. Briggs called to say my new passport photos turned out to violate guidelines, they nicely explained exactly what was wrong, so I had new ones taken and sent, and in no time at all I had a new passport in plenty of time for my trip. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!

A Briggs does a fanstastic job - my last action with them to get a China visa - done on a tight schedule due to my other traveling and ended up being done during a DC snow storm shut down - but they got it done - use them anytime I need passport or visa issues - very responsive - have recommneeded them to my collegeaus

This is the one stop place to go with urgent Passport or Visa issues. They made it easy and reassuring. They really helped me out with a last minute business trip, they knew the system and figured out a resourceful approach to what I thought was an impossible hurdle/

Abriggs has delivered my passports and passport cards on time and at the quoted cost everytime I have used them. I have ordered Brazilian visas from them and the result was the same. The visa came in on the day it was promised.Tracking numbers were provided and updates were frequent by email as to my visa status.

I applied for a visa for China and Briggs did a fantastic job. I recommend them to anyone who wants a visa.

I have used A Briggs to expedite passport renewals and also to add pages. Recently I had to add pages with a trip coming in 7 days. One FedEx to A. Briggs and my passport was back in my hands in 72 hours with 48 blank pages. Perfection. Rarely do you find an organization who is so totally focused on their service and so dedicated to exacting service and response. I highly recommend A Briggs!

Service was friendly and thorough. Visa came sooner than expected. The only comment that i have is that the feature to check the status on the website was way behind. I had Visa in hand and webpage still said it was being processed. I would recommend to anyone that needs expidited service.

The process was simple and fast. The visa arrive in very short order.

I called A Briggs on a Monday morning after returning from overseas. I needed a Chinese Visa (NYC consulate) by Thursday for an early morning Friday departure. They handled it it quickly and even proposed a backup plan if deliveries were delayed by an expected snow storm On Thursday morning I got an email with the FedEx tracking number. Delivery was Thursday morning.

I am very well pleased with the service provided by A. Briggs. Cristini communicated each step and made sure everything was correct so that there was no delay in the approval process for our Visas to India. I will be using A. Briggs from now on. Thank you so very much!

I had to get a visa with very little notice. Abriggs was able to accommodate my request without issue. Anytime there was a question about my application they let me know right away so I could update the information. I was happy with the service I received and would certainly use them again if needed.

We are a small international office that travels a tremendous amount. If it were not for the expertise of Abriggs, we would have to hire another employee. They are always helpful and full of the most up to date knowledge on the consulates. They are worth every reasonable penny they charge!

In general Abriggs was extremely helpful, fast and reliable. I would approach them again right away for visa help. Luis was great!

However there are two key points of improvement:
- getting a quote suitable for international payment by foreign entity was a challenge. This took too long
- friendliness on the phone at the LA office was not always satisfactory from a client perspective

Knock on wood, all my requests has been handled very quickly and all I can say is that John and his team are very reliable. I can trust them to turn around our docs immediately without further delay as long as I provide them time. Thank you John and team!!!

I called the Boston office three times with questions regarding a visa for China and spoke to three different people. Nadia, John and Janice all answered my questions / concerns concisely and accurately; and in a very friendly manner. Their expedited service delivered exactly as advertised.

They were efficient, went through my China visa application with me, kept an eye on the process and alerted me when it was on the way back. It's expensive but they execute exactly as they say they do.
