With A Briggs, I found the process of obtaining a visa to get into India a bit confusing and in fact stressful. Also I have since been told that there are less expensive passport/visa companies. In the future I will try another company.

These guys know what they are doing and are quick about it. Only downside is that the office is hard to find and parking is difficult. They would be well served to better advertise how to make your way to their office. Unless of course you do it all by mail.

The only problem is my passport still expires in 2 years.. it should have been extended when it was corrected. Other than that, they did exactly what was expected. Oh, one more thing is the office is sort of hidden, maybe another sign or two would help. Thanks guys.

Please do not use this service. We found out about someone who did it a lot cheaper and a lot quicker!

Within a flash of getting invited to China, Briggs was on the job for me, going the extra mile. Thanks to Briggs, I got my visa in an amazingly short time, and consequently had to fly many more miles to my destination. December's mission was a huge success, and having it managed by Briggs' L.A. office staff was the best kick-of I could have had!

Briggs was able to get a passport AND a visa done in less time then it usually takes to get one or the other done alone. My boss waited too long to get me the info to submit to Briggs, and we were up against the wire, but they came through just in the nick of time. I could have calmly explained to my boss that it was his fault that he would have to cancel his flight out of the country the next day because he waited too long to get me what I needed, but I much rather just have it done and be able to hand it to him. Which I was able to do thanks to A Briggs.

I know someone who used another service and it took several weeks. Abriggs has a quick turnaround for which I was grateful!

I've used Abriggs on four separate occasions for international visa's and passport page inserts. Each time was an easy process either by electronic processing or personal contact over the phone. Quick turnaround, Professional and highly recommended.

Just to honest, I used another company last time because they offered a different visa for my destination and it was a complete fiasco.... I mailed several times (at my expense) I was I the phone several times, and the "Russian expert" barely spoke Russian and was very rude to my wife. The experience was terrible. A Briggs makes it simple and they are always very nice and extremely professional. Thanks you all for a great job. I will NEVER stray again!!!!

I began with another visa company who just said they couldn't get me a.visa in time for a class I wanted to attend. I called Abriggs and was promised a visa in time. they were so sweet and calming to work with, my flight was on a Sunday and the visa arrived on the Thursday before. I highly recommend them.
