A Briggs has great customer service- someone that picks up the phone and gives the right and helpful information. They have always done well by me, including getting a passport for a family member on a quick (48 hr) full turnaround that saved the day. Good service for visas etc. Sticking with them for sure.

Russian visas are complex and expensive but the guidance was clear and deadlines were met. What more could you ask for?

I used the Abriggs service to renew my passport and was very satisfied. Everyone was polite and I could get them on the phone quickly. I would recommend the service without hesitation and use it again personally. The only issue that could be improved is the variability of the people I spoke with - some very knowledgeable and some less so. I had to call back twice to confirm two questions and got the answer when i found someone who knew what they were doing.

I recently used A Briggs to help me apply for a travel visa for an upcoming vacation. I had never applied for one before and was unclear on some of the requirements and paperwork. A Briggs made it easy to set an office appointment and ensure that my paperwork was error free and ready to go. I had my visa in hand within two weeks.

My visas to difficult countries like China, India and Brazil are always handled efficiently and professionally. I always use Briggs.

After a couple of weeks of frustration in trying to navigate the BLS web site that the Indian Government offers to one and all, I turned to A Briggs for help, and they steered me through the corridors of Indian bureaucracy and were able to secure my visa within the specified time-frame, even during the diplomatic crisis with the arrest of Indian 'diplomat' Khobragade. They answered any questions I had, and kept me updated on the progress of the application. Possibly with their assistance one could complete the application on their own, but I opted to use their services given my short time-frame to make this trip happen, and feel it was well worth the money I had to pay (even as I am disappointed in the Indian government for making it so difficult to obtain one). I highly recommend A Briggs if you are interested in travel to India and require a visa.

The next time I need anything to do with passports and/or visas I wil definetleyl be using Abriggs.

I contacted Abriggs to facilitate getting a visa for India. Each time I called, I spoke directly with a person (no annoying phone tree) who immediately found the information I needed and provided any updates on the visa process. The visa came through on time, with no hassles and no hang-ups. The service was great. I would definitely use them again.

I have used A Briggs for nearly 10 years to get China Visas
The service until 12 months ago was OUTSTANDING now its good.
Main reason is the seeming disconnect between the physical location in DC where Visa is actually processed and the remote field offices (contractors?) who handle the actual dialog.
As what I feel is a typical business person I am often meetings or unable to check E mail , so when an urgent issue arises sending me an e mail is NOT the solution. In the past they called me or sent a text so I know there was an issue. last time an urgent issue came up and it was 6 hours before I could check mail Almost too late to do anything.
I will still used them but will look for other service where they dont cut corners by NOT having people in DC who handle the whole case

Botched my visa to Myanmar big time. I had to handle it overseas, it ended up altering my trip. Also gave me wrong information about a visa to the Andaman Islands. I expect a business who specializes in visas and passports to be proficient at their craft.

We were going to India and found (to our horror) that it was going to take a REALLY long time and that the company that India contracts with for the US visas are HORRIBLE. Just go online and read the horror stories. We decided we needed to throw money at this problem and we are glad we threw it in the direction of the LA office of Briggs. We have since recommended it hands down to others. The office is small...run by a couple of really really nice people who are efficient and walked us through the complexities of filling out the forms, etc. with the utmost patience and kindness and we got our Visas in less than a week vs. 8 weeks. I would recommend them to anyone. p.s. I travel A LOT and have gotten visas on my own for China, Brazill, etc. and from now on I think I will just pay to have Briggs do it.

A Briggs made the task of securing a Visa quick and easy. The step-by-step instructions were wonderful. There was always a person available to answer any questions as well.

I had a great experience with abriggs getting a visa to China and most recently for India. The conference in India was missing several people who were unable to get visas in time. If they had used abriggs they would have been there!
