Abriggs did a very good job of securing our Visa's to Brazil. They told us exactly what we needed to send to them. When we called to ask questions, someone actually answered and professionally answered all our questions.
The Visa's arrived in a more than timely manner. Would use again and can highly refer.

I would suggest Briggs for their convenience and speedy service. In less than 2 weeks from mailing off my application I had my visa for India. It didn't matter that I drug my feet for several months after the initial order. When I was ready I called customer service to make sure all was still well. A reassuring kind voice said my original fed ex label was still good & if I didn't have it she would be happy to send me another. I said no thank you and went to a fed ex store, who had excellent customer service as well, and my part was done fairly effortless & very easy.

Honestly, it was through a relative that I learnt about your services. It wasn't a hassle at all. As soon as, I sent my passport for a visa stamping , I received a call from the associates confirming the receipt and the possible time estimate for the process. The week following the Christmas holidays, I had my passport. I didn't really need to make another call again.

My child needed a travel VISA to India for a school trip. If you aren't familiar, which we were not, getting a visa to go there is beyond complicated - unlike other countries where you literally fill in the blanks .

I would probably recommend A. Briggs (especially over dealing with embassies directly), but I would caution that if your email doesn't receive a response, you should follow up ASAP. I put in a rush order and received some materials by email after shipping the rest, and when I forwarded them, they were ignored for two days, by which point it was too late to proceed. I would have thought my order was already in the queue and the agent would be on the lookout for the final materials.

My teenage son was traveling to India and we could not have gotten through the visa process without the assistance of ABriggs. They were wonderful and I highly recommend their services.

In booking a trip to India, Travisa lied to me and said that there were new regulations they had to follow for Visas to India. In fact, they had lost their exclusivity and had to use an Indian owned Visa provider. This caused more than a two week delay and twice had to cancel business meetings.

Two weeks later I used ABriggs and it was smooth as silk. No delays and no problems.

Not inexpensive, but got me a Brazilian visa on fairly short notice with no hassles. I wrote an independent review shortly after the experience. Gave your rep in LA and Washington D.C. top marks. I was put in a bad situation by the originator of my invitation letter to KSA. The original VISA Package was submitted in LA but the invitation letter was written to the DC Embassy. The whole package had to be sent to DC at the last minute to process. Your team pulled it off ( in the middle of a bad snow storm that closed the Embassy) and I made my travel dates. You are PROS.

The only way to get an Indian visa if you live in the New York metro area was to go thru a private expediter...not thru any embassy or Mission. I turned to Briggs and they, indeed, processed my Visa application.

Needed a visa for Thailand but complicated by needing more pages in my passport.
