Arranged engineer for boiler breakdown through our insurance company. Absolute heating then cancelled the appointment on the day leaving us without heating and hot water for 3 days. The woman who called was rude and uncaring. Avoid using this company they are very poor

Sam was a brilliant heating engineer. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. It was delightful to find such a lovely heating engineer.

He arrived on time, calling 30 minutes in advance to confirm his arrival time. As this was the first time we had used Absolute Heating, it was such a relief to hear a friendly and understanding voice when Sam first called. Also, it was great to see that the van Sam arrived in was clearly marked as an Absolute Heating van.

He explained clearly what needed to be done to fix an issue with the heating system, and he provided a quote immediately. Once agreed, he arranged for Absolute Heating to email the quote so that the job could be booked as quickly as possible.

The repair work and a boiler service were completed confidently and efficiently, with full explanations for the work being done provided.

Sam was super-friendly, lovely and helpful. It was wonderful to find such an awesome heating engineer.

James came to service our boiler this week he was very polite explained everything that needed doing fast and efficient he was a pleasure . Came fully masked up which made us feel very safe I cant recommend him enough such a lovely guy thank you James hope to see you again soon

Had a visit from Sam twice to repair boiler, not working. Part had to be ordered. He came today with part, fitted it checked everything. Sam was very friendly, efficient and mannered. Heating back on.....Great. Great job done.

Your company was sent on behalf of my boiler insurance company who had previously sent a different company the day before to carry out a service on my back boiler but told me they could not complete the job, you sent two gentlemen out called James and Raymond who completed the service I was so pleased with the job they done as I had never seen the boiler taken apart and cleaned the way it was by your engineers. The even spayed the coals on my fire to make it look new. Top service and will definitely welcome your company to complete work at my home again.

James came to service boiler and found a fault as well as leak on water pipe which no one else had picked up previously. Parts were ordered and date booked on Saturday which suited me. James came back to do work. He is a credit to your team, called to say he would be 30 minutes, was very polite and friendly. He completed work quickly. Thank you James very much

Wednesday afternoon on 8th September. I received a call from Absolute Heating informing me an engineer would arrive 12 lunchtime on Thursday 9 September. Sam, the engineer, phoned to let me know what time he would arrive. I really appreciated being kept informed. I was very pleased when Sam arrived just after 12 and I recognised him. (Sam had been out to check my boiler last year and remembered coming to out to me too. He left me with a happy boiler!) On explaining to Sam that I had no hot water coming from my taps and icy cold water from my shower. Sam was great! Checked the boiler thoroughly, decided to replace the motor. Yes! Hot water running through my taps and shower! I found Sam to be very polite and friendly while he was working on the boiler. Made me feel reassured he would do everything he could to solve the problem. Sam, you did fix my boiler! Thank you! I was one very happy customer when you left.

Your engineer JAMES was fantastic he came to fix the previous engineers cockups who I am glad to state was not from your firm!! James had to start from scratch to find all the faults that this other guy had left and there were quite a few. He tackled them all and eventually managed to correct the system. He was very professional, polite and definetly new exactly was he was doing.Thankyou James.

Carly arranged Dan to come to my house and she sorted a very good priced quote for me which was very helpful. Dan was polite, knowledgeable and friendly at all times, I’m very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend.

Engineer called us 15 minutes before arrival, on arrival Sam was very pleasant and carried out a full inspection of the boiler he identified the source of the problem and he ordered the parts while he was here .
Sam was then the returning engineer the next day and as before he called to say what time he would be here, he fitted the new parts and fully tested it and said any problems just give us a ring a professional job and a throughly polite guy.

This is the second time Sam from Absolute Heating has been out to us. Each time the problem has been fixed ad all the work is of a very high standard. I would recommend these guys.

Daniel provided an excellent service and diagnosed the problem with our hot water and heating system immediately, thus solving the problem in a very short space of time. He was polite and answered all our questions in an extremely professional and competent manner. I highly recommend Daniel to come to your assistance.

Sam visited to look at a very noisy pump in my airing cupboard. Sam was very polite of smart appearance & efficient.

came to repair my boiler damaged by water in a storm absolutely made up with the service more damaged on the boiler than originally thought but sam went above and beyond and brought it back to life exceptionally great communication and would definitely recommend there service

James came to our house to service our boiler, when he finished i asked him about a radiator i was having problems with bleeding. He looked at the rad for me and said the bleed valve was no good. He promptly ordered another rad, 2 days later he came and fit it for me. Such outstanding service, and a very polite respectable man. Will definately recommend Absolute Heating to anyone.
