Excellent service from Absolute snow Team Ordered My snow board Boots Sunday Night and Arrived Wednesday and just chose normal delivery, They kept myself informed as they were being picked and Packed . And the best off it, they were £80 cheaper than most places which is always a bonus . The Boots are spot on too just what i was after

Package lost with no label
I ordered boots and bindings a week before my holiday as it said 2 days delivery time, they never dispatched the delivery for 3 days then told me the bindings were out of stock so I just asked for the boots which then took another day to get ‘dispatched’ I then asked on the Thursday before I was going away where the tracking number was with no response, the first response I got was half way through my holiday where they told me the package was lost as there was no label put on the package, terrible service and terrible communication.

Great company
Great company, I found a sleeping bag on their site cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered at 10pm on a Thursday and received 9am Saturday. Great communication throughout, will definitely use again.

Ordered some skis boots from Absolute…
Ordered some skis boots from Absolute Snow, their price was phenomenal, £100 cheaper than RRP and free delivery with an estimated 2-5 working days. I'd ordered before midday on Wednesday and they arrived on Thursday via Royal Mail, that's fantastic service. The only concern when buying boots online is fit, but I know my size for the brand and have footbeds that are comfortable, getting another shop to fit them professionally could work out more expensive if your feet are too wide, or arches don't fit. Thank you Absolute Snow, I'd definitely use your store again.

Not as good as they used to be
Really disappointed with order of £700 skis from AbsoluteSnow. Skis arrived quickly but bindings took a week longer meaning I could not take skis on trip. Rianna claimed repeatedly bindings had been sent same day as skis and lack of tracking was a parcelforce issue. However when bindings eventually arrived the consignment note had only been printed a week AFTER I’d been told they’d originally been dispatched.
Courier and dispatch problems do happen, but dishonesty from the merchant can NEVER be forgiven.
Will buy elsewhere in future.

Had a good experience with a return
Had a good experience with a return. Rianna was really helpful and with excellent communication, especially since it was over Christmas and New Year. I was expecting a wait while they sent them off to the manufacturer, but it was quicker than I thought and I only had to send photos and the item back. I'd happily buy from Absolute snow again.

Awesome gear with good prices but the customer service peeps are next to useless and rude, riannon just wanted to leg it asap.
Still waiting for a refund after 8 working days of being sent, shame as the company use to be decent.
