I ordered my matress and was given a 5 week delivery time and actually received it in 4 weeks, plus they have a little button on the web site where you can talk to a real person and negotiate a better deal after you have selected the product you are after. Great service and would recommend this site.

Absolute beds delivered on time within a dedicated delivery slot and the assembly was quick and easy.

The oak finish matched our existing oak cupboard.

Price matched my purchase without a quibble and the courier used kept me informed right up until delivery.

I went all the way to them from South London as I was not impressed with the quality of the beds I saw in Dreams. Absolute Beds had a vast selection of beds and mattresses online. The shop was more limited but it did give you a feel for the quality of beds on offer. They originally quoted 3-4 weeks for arrival of my new bed but contacted me early and said the bed was ready, then they organised for it to be delivered at a time which suited me. The delivery men were polite, quick and took all the packaging with them.

First rate service, I have and will continue to reccommend this company to family and friends.Thanks to all the staff at absolutebeds and a big thank you to Meyer for his reccommendations on the right bed.

First and last experience with Absolute Beds!! Customer service was not sufficient it was a battle to get absolute beds to correspond with their suppliers for the failed delivery of my item on TWO occasions! Reason was lost in transit?? Poor service! Not very polite people. Very bad attitude as if, "so what, shit happens, you'll get your money when we get a chance." Never again!!!

Ordered a Hypnos bed, price was great! Can't fault them on customer service. Bed was made to order so took 8 weeks but that's with the manufacturers and they made clear of this from beginning. Would recommend.

If you are looking for a bed you must buy one from absolute beds,the technical knowledge is unsurpassed, matress was just as described, nothing too much trouble kept us informed every step, even arranged our delivery to France.
Would definitely recommend absolute beds.

Ordered a head board which arrived quicker than expected and exactly as ordered. Very good service all round.

We ordered our mattress online. We were phoned to arrange a delivery date and It was delivered on the appointed day and placed on the bedframe for us. The cost was considerably less than the nearest local dealer. Can't get better than that.

I found Absolute Beds very helpful and prepared to honour their "lowest price" promise. I am very pleased with the mattress delivered, but would have been even more pleased if I had been informed of the date of delivery! luckily we were at home when it arrived.
