I ordered a Hypnos mattress that had a 6 week lead time, due to the bad weather this was delayed by 2 weeks and then by a further 2 weeks, not Absolute's fault but they kept me informed at every stage of the order, emailing me without the slightest prompting to keep me informed. Whenever I did email them their response was always same day.

This website offered the best price that I could find on the product that I bought when taken in the round with delivery charges that other suppliers added on, although not by much.

The sales staff I spoke to over the 'phone seemed knowledgeable and seemed to care that I made a purchase that was right for me.

This was one of the most satisfying transactions of my life. I had a complicated international order, but Ganan handled it with ease and patience, answering my queries promptly, helping me in every possible way, never getting a detail wrong, never making me feel I was a bother. I am extremely grateful. It was the sort of transaction that restores your faith in the world.

I thought the service was great. Quick and efficient, Only downside was the store manager in North London who was a little rude with his Italian jokes. His assistant was great.

I recently puchased a Relyon Heritage Emperor. Trying to take everything into account while making the decision,
whilst measurements were available, it was not drawn to my attention, that the bed with it's unusually deep mattress,on
top of its base, would make it exceptionally high.
As a result, my husband & I were unable to climb up into it,
(we are not abnormally short - Me being 5ft 5ins & my husband 5ft 9ins).
As a result we have had to dispose of the bed at a huge financial loss.
The salesman was very helpful, but obviously even he had
not been made aware (by Relyon) of the overall exceptional
height, making it impossible for people of an average height
to get into, thus rendering the article totally useless, i.e.
"Not fit for purpose"
