I like the product the service is very efficient and seamless the price is expensive which may put me off for f l had to cut back this would be the first to go

Early days maybe ,been taking the powder for about 8weeks can't say I see any improvement in skin or hair I will give it a little longer and hope for better things .maybe expecting too much for over 70s

The product is amazing. A great investment for one self. Subscription is each to set up, delivery is always well packaged and on time. Support should you require is excellent customer service, just a first class company with a multitude of products of excellent standards. Very Happy customer.

I love the powder supplement, much nicer than the gel. However, I do prefer the old style packaging of the powders as they could go through your letterbox, the new boxes can’t so subscriptions need to be put on hold if away when renewal occurs.

This company's product is good, but not without flaws. The first and really important thing to note is there are many reviews and rankings on the "best" collagen of this year and the last which plainly state the pages are sponsored by AC, and AC is of course at the top of the list. This shouldn't be necessary for a product that speaks for itself and it was a little off putting, but I tried it due to the 40% off special offer.

I bought the tinned 28 day supply of collagen powder. It actually didn't last 28 days using the provided scoop, so that needs addressing. It smelled more fishy as the weeks went on, and some days I could taste fish in my mouth or on my breath after consumption. AC boast their product has zero fishiness, which just wasn't true in my experience. When marine collagen does taste or smell, this is symptomatic of either a poor product, or poor manufacturing. Personally, I think it was a manufacturing issue, because even without using this for a full 28 days (because it ran out) my skin already looks noticeably different. It's brighter, lines are drastically reduced and it looks all round smoother, so the issue here really does not lie with the product itself.

I will be moving on to another brand due to the shortfall in a 28 day supply + fishy smell, and because there are brands with a higher dose of collagen in each serving, but I can't fault the results.

I'm really liking this product! I think it's contributing to the way I'm feeling about myself, and in turn making me feel so much better....5 stars 👍

Beware starting a subscription as you won't be able to cancel it easily; it isn't possible to do so via the Absolute Collagen website and they want you to call them, no doubt so they can give you the hardsell..really annoying experience and so out of line with most other subscription models. Also don't expect a reminder email that your subscription payment is due to come around, like most reputable companies now do. Give the subscription option a miss!

I had a bit of an issue with my subscription but the service from David and Chris was excellent and also the lady who was so helpful on the phone whose name I forgot to take all of which are a credit to your company thank you all for help

Not seen a difference yet but still early days, I find the consistency of the liquid thick so I add it to a yogurt drink or smoothie, goes down much better.
Do they work? only time will tell 🤞

Fast efficient service

The absolute collagen sachets taste awful. I received their neck and dec cream, eye cream and facial serum as a bonus with my subscription. Tried them. Big mistake. Woke the next day red, itchy and swollen. Had to consult GP the reaction was so severe as it led to numbness in the mouth. Thankfully high strength antihistamines worked. Skin peeling now. Nothing helpful from Customer Services. For a dermstplocally advertised product I am wondering what is jn it to react so badly when I have never had that with other creams before.

Free gift with first order of mango and pineapple sachets . Lovely wash bag, eye sleep mask, nail file , serum, face cream, neck and dec cream and eye cream. Little goes a long way. I was going to cancel my subscription after the first simply due to cost but they refuced the rolling fee by 10 pounds moving forward. If you can do that then it should be cheaper anyway, and for those who dont know this they are paying nearly 200 pounds a year more than us that do. Slight issue wuth second delivery as in it arrived 2 days after last box ended which defeats the use of a subscription. Either way I didnt want to cancel as im already seeing a difference . Face feels more taut. Im 47 and was worried about sagging jowls but there is definately more tightness now. Ive also noticed my grey hairs are getting less. I was having to colour my hair every 3 weeks for re growth of scattered greys but ive gone 5 weeks now . I have read collagen can help with pigment loss by slowing it down. I dont subscribe to beauty products normally as they can be a fad but im genuinely pleased with this product

Very efficient renewal regime. Too early to say if the effects are worthwhile, but the collagen is easy to take and the taste is not unpleasant.

I recently sent email to cancel my order because when I ordered my first order I didn’t know it would be ever fortnight delivery and unfortunately I’m not in a position to pay any more money.
