Absolute Collagen Reviews 

I wanted something convenient and being a vegetarian, I didn’t want to compromise too much, so I decided to try marine collagen sachets by Absolute. I have not tried their face creams etc (which may be affecting their overall rating when people are just looking for a collagen supplement). After taking for about 6 weeks or so I noticed a massive difference in my nails (I have never been able to grow them as they are so brittle) but they were strong and getting long. Overall my skin and hair felt better. Then I was in and out of hospital and stopped taking it and because I have a subscription, the packets were piling up. I cancelled my subscription with a simple phone call. I am now starting again with my stock of collagen sachets and in the next few weeks I’m confident I’ll be subscribing again.

Have you noticed the relentless adverts for Elevate collagen on social media?? Not seen a single one for Absolute collagen!

I’ve used Absolute Collagen daily for a long time, always adding it to my morning coffee without any issues.

Since their recent change to the sachet consistency, the product now consistently curdles coffee when milk is added. I’ve tried multiple sachets over several days and had the same result every time. This never happened before.

Their website clearly states the product can be added to hot drinks like coffee, yet when I raised this, they tested it in boiling water (not coffee with milk) and dismissed the issue.

Customer service repeatedly treated this as a “preference” issue, rather than acknowledging that the product no longer works as advertised or expected.

Despite this, they refused to accept a return of the unused sachets and refused to issue a refund.

They did cancel my subscription, but overall this is very disappointing. A product that can’t be used in the way it’s promoted—and a company unwilling to take responsibility—is not something I would recommend.

I received a free serum and neck cream which caused a serious reaction. Within an hour my face was burning and bright red with a rash and swollen and very itchy. My skin nearly 2 weeks on still hasn’t fully recovered.
I would be very cautious as I didn’t check reviews as it came with my collagen sachets, I hadn’t purchased it so never checked, so be careful!

Have been taking the collagen supplements and I noticed the firmness of my skin and youthful glow.

I emailed twice to cancel the subscription and I quote from the reply
“They’ll be in touch soon to help resolve this for you and make sure there are no further unauthorized charges.”
The order was not stopped and money was still taken from my account.

I’m kept up to date with my order it arrived when it’s supposed to arrive. I do prefer the lemon it’s ok to take daily

Sachet good change in price not so good.

Difficult to cancel you have to physically ring up . Disgusting taste

I have been using Absolute Collagen for about 10 weeks now. I started off using their neck cream which I love but wanted to try help my skin a bit more so thought id try the liquid pouches. I have noticed a real difference in my skin, its almost like I cant really pinpoint what is different I just look fresher and my skin seems more full and plump.
The liquid sachets are fab, so easy to use wherever and I like the taste too. The first time I had one I thought I might not get used to it but actually, its nice. Looking forward to trying more of their products

Reliable service, good quality.

I am only just finishing my first delivery. So difficult to rate something that soon that to be honest has caused no changes to skin, hair or nails so far. Time will tell! I don’t want to give a bad rating but I certainly don’t want to say it’s amazing when I don’t know if it is or not. Ask me again in a couple of months

Great product and starting to see and feel some results after just 4 weeks. Easy subscription and can pause or stop easily if needed. Great delivery and love the free products for loyalty
