My first two deliveries were prompt and the products excellent. However the third has been stuck in an Evri centre since 30th November (projected delivery due around 6th Dec). It is now 21st December and Absolutely Bear won’t respond to my repeated emails or direct messages. No sign that I’ll be receiving my delivery. Update as of later - a replacement on its way (comments on social media may have helped). Update on 22nd - redelivery of item was successful. A pity it took a while to have a response but quick to act once they interacted with me. Good products though and hopefully a glitch with communication on this occasion,

It's not often I write these, but I had to do it for these guys. Firstly, a big thanks to the team at Absolutely Bear for their customer service after Christmas. They must have been flat out but I still got my exchanged jumper (original too small) a few days after sending the original back. The communication was excellent throughout. Secondly, the quality of the item, packaging and the attention to detail is second to none. Everything's been considered, right down to the biodegradable plastic bag which dissolves in water! If you're looking for great clothing from a fantastic company then look no further.
