Wanna give 0 but can’t so here it goes. First of all it took ages to arrive around about 1 month. When it finally came I had to pay some fees in order to claim the package. Anyways I paid and it finally arrived. What I ordered and arrived was not the same. Not happy at all!

I ordered over a month ago and spent £30 on a t shirt (overpriced as hell) which the brand asked me to promote in exchange for them posting me on their Instagram. This company is definitely a scam as I am still yet to receive my order. I messaged them and they said they’d sent me out a replacement, it’s been over a week and still nothing. I’ve messaged asking how long it would take to get to me and no response. I’ve now dmed their Instagram and emailed them asking for a refund and I don’t expect a response anytime soon. I’m now working with Klarna to get my payment withdrawn, luckily I payed with Klarna so hoping I can get this sorted. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

This clothing brand is a scammer!
I order last September 29, 2022 and ask for a refund. no response from their side and no proper communication. Can not track also the parcel. I message them on Instagram but no response.

These people are definitely scammers, l ordered my parcel 3 months ago and l haven’t received it. Same response everytime you message them and they don’t do it. Don’t be scammed save your moneys. I would 100000% not recommend this brand poor service and communication

Like the other reviews I'm still waiting for my refund and I payed through my Clearpay catalogue, there disputing it now and taking it further to the complaints board, I don't think I'll eva get my refund back but 120 pound is alot of money when you ent got it, the company Absurd got in touch with me when they wanted me to be a ambassador on Instagram, they wanted a further 30 pound of me to I'm glad I didn't do that purchase, what a joke there's a mobile number and watts app group with Absurd but they keep telling me to email them and I get no where with them at all, I'm going to take it to trading standards now

i ordered a few things a month ago and i have still no parcel or any tracking info not even a tracking number or delivery company who will deliver my parcel, i have email them over and over again with no reply or any sort of help what so ever, 100 percent would not recommend ordering anything from here very poor customer service!!

The company approached me to be a brand ambassador for them so I applied and was successful. I purchased a pair of socks a few weeks ago and am yet to receive them even though tracking said 5-7 days I know there’s been postal strikes but stuff I’ve ordered after has arrived before the order I placed.
I’ve contacted the company several times both on email and Instagram and I’m yet to have a response. The company chat says order has been fulfilled but it definitely hasn’t as I’ve not received it

Wouldn’t waste my time ordering from the company again and the amount of negative reviews says it all. Don’t waste your time or money. Glad I only spent £18 and not hundreds
The prices of their products are ridiculous who would pay nearly £60 for a hat😂definitely suit their name absurd you have to be to spend big money with them

Absurd is a big scam!!!!
Just to let you know, I am still waiting for my refund. Mike and the rest of his company have repeatedly contacted me, stating that they will provide me with my refund.
Unfortunately, this has yet to arrive. This company is fraudulent and will not fulfil customers' orders or refund their money.
I strongly advise to avoid Absurd.

Just to update I am still waiting for my refund. Absurd Mikey and the rest of his "company" have contacted me advising that they will provide me my refund in numerous occasions.

Unfortunately this still hasn't arrived. This company is fraudulent and will NOT provide customers with their orders or their money.

I urge ANYONE and EVERYONE to avoid Absurd.

I’ve purchased a shirt from this company on July 29th and have yet to receive it smh. I’ve tried to contact them and I’ve gotten zero responses. I want a refund.

Ordered a set of trainers from their ASOS marketplace store. 7 months later they still haven't arrived. Company keeps refusing my refund request. Scum company.

Ordered a shirt and a sweater 4 weeks ago, sent numerous messages and callouts to support. No response and absolutely no help at all.
like chatting into void.
And I bet the only response I'll get from them is the automated ones

Placed an order 5 weeks ago, 7 day turn around is just a lie. I emailed saying my order hasn't turned up and they have said its fulfilled but they will send a replacement....Still waiting....I want my money back

So after a few miscommunications finally things are sorted (OR SOI THOUGHT ONLY ONE ITEM ARRIVED AND THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED ) the company do have amazing garments and value for money very comfortable and easy to wear at any age.

This website is a scam. All the other reviews are fake accounts made by the owners and their friends.
If you have been scammed by them please phone your bank and do a chargeback and you will get a refund!
