I ordered a tshirt back in March and still NOTHING!!
The only reason I ordered from this damn company was because they gave me a credit note and not a refund, when they messed me around the first time round. They even had a cheek to send me am email asking me to rate my goods.
I've emailed them, called and sent a message on IG and no response.
I'm going to take legal actions, because this company should not be allowed to sell anything..

Terrible service ordered my trainers in December and still ascent received them. Emailed them and as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped replying to me. Never buy from these scammers as they take your money and won’t refund you.

never buy from this company - they are crooks. I ordered some trainers as a present. They never arrived. I asked for a refund and was told they were on their way. End of January, still no trainers. Asked for a refund. Told they were on their way and they couldn't refund until they arrived and were sent back. February - demanded they refund because clearly the trainers are not coming. They said they had refused my refund and the trainers were still on their way. Threats of legal action have done nothing. How can they get away with this?

TIME WASTING, MONEY HOLDING JOKE OF A “BUSINESS”. Ordered Air Force 1 trainers for daughter for Christmas. Never arrived, been going on since 12th Dec - now 25th March. Promised me the goods, promised me refunds, promised me to trainers AND trainers - none occurred. Then they just stopped replying to my messages. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
Will never purchase anything from them again.
Wasted 3 months, ruined my daughters Christmas, held my money all that time, failed to deliver on anything they said. DONT RISK USING THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely absurd is about right when it comes to this company . everything is absurd. I ordered from them some trainers just after Christmas , the date is now the 17th of March they still have not arrived I have requested a refund of my money more than eight times and still I have not had anything back from them , they have asked me to wait I have waited and still I have no money back from them and now they are completely ignoring me do not under any circumstances buy from this company

Will not order from this company ever again. I ordered trainers almost 3 months ago & they have still not arrived. Initially they answered my emails saying there were delivery delays, then saying a refund would be processed & now they are not responding.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. SCAM. If i could give 0 I would, ordered some trainers 3 months ago and never received them. I had to go through pay pal to get my money back.

Don't trust any positive reviews about this company, its absurd clothing themselves trying to push their trust pilot score up in order to scam more people, this company is fraudulent and will not send you your items, they'll provide you with non working tracking numbers, they removed themselves on ASOS after scamming us all, do not waste your money on this, stay away and order from anywhere except absurd clothing. You have been warned.

Trustpilot needs to either put a scam option when giving a review or another option to rate a company 0 stars because Absurd Clothing don't even deserve 1. Even the good reviews are bots, These scumbags took my money for 2 pairs of shoes & a hoodie way back in December...were in 2022 and I have yet to receive my items, couldn't give you a number on how many times I've called up, at first they used to respond back, now they don't even get back to you no matter what you do,they took their page down from ASOS once they collected enough money by the looks of it, fraudulent and frustrating to deal with to say the least, if you don't want to get scammed and save your money & time then stay far away, there are far too many better retailers for people to put up with this mess, whats funny is its in the name "Absurd" clothing.

This company is a scam, they took my money, didn't send me my items & then proceeded to remove themselves from ASOS entirety, they never answer their phone; I've literally called them over 500 times and if they do bother to answer its a useless chap who will comfort you with assurance but the situation never gets fixed, after scrolling through their instagram in an attempt to contact them via other means I noticed they managed to send shoes to the USA meanwhile they couldn't manage to send me my order even though I'm in the UK, foe that I've lost all respect for them honestly; instead of taking care of its core customer base which is the UK they rather prioritise USA, do not buy I repeat DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely dreadful company. Stay away!
I made a purchase with this company through asos marketplace and waiting over 2 months to still not receive my goods. When I messaged I was told I needed to wait 20 working days which I had done, then when I asked how I can tracking it I was told to be patient. I asked how to complain or escalate the lack of communication or goods and have just been ignored since.
I honestly believe this is a corrupt company who just takes your money and hope you won’t chase it.
PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS OR ANY COMMUNICATION.
