Very professional and excellent service to this point. The only improvement I could suggest is perhaps an increase in communication frequency.

Poor communication. Emails left unanswered for weeks, even after chasing them up. Phone calls results in being transferred to relevant person if lucky enough to get through. Told to leave answer phone message- call not returned. Told they don't have documents which have proof of signing for. Then documents are found but with no result.still no further forward

We had a really great experience with this solicitor when buying our house. Everything went smoothly and felt a lot less stressful than we expected.

Bethany Jarvis, Matthew Thomson & Samantha Gilbert were brilliant throughout. They kept in touch with us really well. Bethany was always updating us and getting back to us quickly whenever we had questions. We honestly had no problems at all, which made a big difference.
