Helpful and understanding since I was ill during the sale. I was kept informed fully at each stage and nothing was undertaken with out me being consulted. Working between two of their offices did not hinder the process. They helped with things I should have done but was unable to do.

The staff at the Banchory office were great from start to finish. The house value they suggested for the sale of our house was spot-on. They were always friendly and at the same time professional. They were quick to return calls, listened to our input and offered well-informed advice. They were flexible with house viewings, being happy to lead the viewing or let me do the viewing as was appropriate. I would thoroughly recommend the Banchory office.
Please note we did not use the conveyancing side of Aberdein Considine as we already had a solicitor. This review therefore applies solely to the estate agency side of the business.
