I’ve been through the conveyancing process several times, and it’s usually been frustrating, slow, and marked by poor communication. This time, however, was completely different. For me didn't really know what I was doing or needed as I was first time buyer. Jade made me feel comfortable and made my full journey a breeze. No stress or hassle. Jade Kinninmont has been truly amazing. I have used Aberdein Considine before without any issues, however, hadn’t had the pleasure of working with Jade until now. The lender I chose was requesting documentation I’d never heard of and I was on a short time frame to progress with my valuation due to expire. Jade was not only able to resolve this quickly while remaining very professional, she saved me additional costs the lender would have had me pay for documentation which was not required in Scotland and additional cost for another valuation due to their delays. Her knowledge, persistence and communication with me throughout removed a lot of stress usually involved in these situations. I couldn’t recommend her services enough!

We had used AC in 2017 to sell a flat and were very impressed with their efficiency. Due to the increase in mortgage rates, we decided to sell a second flat. We had no hesitation in contacting AC again. We felt quite comfortable that the flat sale was in safe hands. Matt came out and surveyed the flat, and again we felt quite comfortable that we had used the right company. The photographs were amazing. The flat sold within a day. The additional benefit of using AC was everything could be done under one roof. Jade was our solicitor and was extremely attentive, answering emails/enquiries very promptly. Selling is a stressful business and it was an added benefit to know that Jade was "on it" and we never doubted her efficiency. So much so, that we even recommended Jade to our son. We also dealt with a AC trainee solicitor (Taylor), who is also worthy of a mention.
