Selling my house with AC went extremely smoothly. Archie was great with very quick and helpful communication every step of the way. It happened to be quite difficult to get all parties in my chain to agree a date but Archie navigated it brilliantly and kept me in the loop. Overall a great service.

Sold my property with Aberdein Considine in December 2025. The team were excellent and were proactive in communications and ideas to get the property sold. Shout out to my agent, Rebecca, who made the whole experience even better with her knowledgeable and friendly approach.

The whole experience of buying a selling with Aberdein Considine has been excellent. Everything is done in a very timely, friendly, and professional way and the whole process was very clearly explained to us, so there were no surprises. With the legal team, estate agent and mortgage advisor under one roof the end to end experience is made very straight forward for the customer. We had used Russell & Aitken in the past, who are now part of Aberdein Considine, and had an equally excellent experience.

My designated lawyer acted speedily & efficiently from when I first spoke to her about putting in an offer on a property. The colleague who covered her annual leave handled that period equally efficiently. They made what can be a stressful experienced much less so, keeping me informed and up to date all along the way.

Very helpful advice when buying a flat - prompt responses and keen to help!

Having used them twice for mortgages before, they were a natural choice for me, but the mortgage advisor who I had not met before in Edinburgh was terrible. Absolutely hopeless and gave unacceptable recommendations. After a failed application, I had to go elsewhere to someone else who somehow managed to easily get a mortgage with a well known highstreet bank without incident. I will not be returning to Aberdein Considine.

I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with all that selling and buying entails. Very professional and excellent communication - easy to talk too and liaise with.
