The whole process from start to finish was smooth. They guide you through the process, are on hand to answer any questions, no matter how silly they may seem, and the staff we dealt with were all very friendly.

One constructive, minor, point to make is to perhaps ensure all documents are proof read with more accuracy before sharing with your clients - little details only and nothing critical, but something to perhaps improve on.

We have sought the services of Aberdein Considine on a number of occasions over many years and have always been happy with the results. Most recently we approached Gary Ross almost a year ago to help us with a property matter elsewhere in Scotland. Unfortunately we could not progress this matter due to external issues and things became protracted, difficult and more than a bit stressful. Through the good offices of Mr Ross and Campbell, the matter was eventually concluded to our satisfaction. These matters were resolved with professionalism, patience and a focus on securing the best outcome for us. We continued working with Mr Ross and team to purchase a new property, which was straight forward and concluded timeously. The entire process of getting the property on the market then subsequently sold very quickly was fantastic, then also doing great work on the property purchase getting that over the line was also fantastic.
