Just so so frustrating

Just so so frustrating ! You cant get through to speak to anyone, emails are never replied too and the phone system cuts you off after 30 mins of holding.
The main issue with ac and co is, i would guess they have thousands of cases and numerous staff so no one take ownership of your file. It falls between the cracks because its not anyone's job in particular to do. Our re mortgage took months and months, each time I called there was always something missing or something they're waiting for but no one chased anything. So every time you ring you have to explain whats been happening to each person who answers.
