From the beginning we have found everyone we’ve dealt with at Aberdein Considine Perth to be helpful, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more when selling our house. The marketing was great, viewings all well-organised, and they found us some really good buyers within a few weeks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Perth team at Aberdein Considine.

Excellent holistic service. My house was so well presented by the team that helped sell my house so quickly at what is usually a very “slow” time of year. After the sale the team were very diligent in dealing with the sale process and there were no delays to completion. Made a potentially stressful process so easy!

Used Craig West mortgage advisor as this branch to buy my first home. I would highly recommend he went above and beyond twice for me (first time I was outbid for property). Craig was Very professional and very efficient, everything was explained clearly to me at each stage. I will definitely use home again in the future and can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have now bought and sold for the first time using Aberdein Consideine. Very professional service, no stress or pressure. Very calm and there when needed. Kept me well informed throughout. Very responsive both through the estate agents and the legal team. Value for money and clear around costings.

I didn’t feel I got good service or value for money. The only time they seemed interested or did what they said was when they were wanting to be hired. But once hired, I was passed from one member of staff to the next, whatever member of staff I would speak to, didn’t know what was happening and would pass messages on. I would ask for phone calls and only receive an email at the end of the day or an email when the person dealing with things was going away on annual leave.

I feel the service was poor, especially considering you are paying for the services.

A lot of what was promised wasn’t delivered and I probably wouldn’t use again.

From the beginning to the end of the whole sales process, I have had the best service from this very professional estate agency. All of the staff were friendly, professional and helped ensure the sale of my property went through to its conclusion (extra thanks to Abbie and Adam for all their help). I can highly recommend using this company.

There was the odd hick up along the way (wrong forms/links sent and missing a response to an email), one of the registered owners lives abroad so we didn't make it easy for ourselves, but overall, they did provided a great service.
The house sold very quickly, they kept me informed at every stage and got all the paperwork in order on time for the sale to complete. Well done to all the team!

i thought the communication was initially good however towards the end the communication reduced and i didnt think they were great at all, no update on the sellers situation and when it changed w did not find out straight away, we had to chase for information, on the day of settlement , we were advised that the keys were ready to collect, we arrived and were told that we had to go to another solicitors to collect, when we got there we were told by them that they didnt have the keys and did we want to get the sellers numbers etc, no we didnt , we just wanted the keys quickly as we had hired moving vehicles due to being told the keys were available.
