Everybody was polite and helpful and explained things well. Any questions I asked were answered thoroughly and I felt I was treated with respect.

I just rented a flat with Aberdein Considine in Perth and would just like to say what a great experience it was from start to finish.
I was looked after by Jordan from the showing of the property, he explained all the things that were going to happen to the property and that put me mind at ease.
I have to say I’m now in the flat and all the jobs were completed as promised, Jordan was friendly but professional and made me feel valued as a customer.
I would have no hesitation recommending any one looking for properties to use Aberdein Considine.

Despite the recommendations, I must say my wife and I were quiet Dissapointed with the professionalism and communication. We were not carried along appropriately and felt like they were doing us a favour rather than providing paid-for services.
There was poor communication all through. Even when our solicitor was going on leave, we waited for months to hear back from the organisation. We had to call afterwards only to be told that someone else will be handling our file. If we hadn't called, we probably wouldn't even know, rather just continue to wait endlessly
Rather than the organisation being proactive, we were the ones sending mails and making calls. For example, as first time buyers, using help to buy scheme, we were not informed on how to proceed,until we kept hammering on this.
Speaking to the conveyancer was a nightmare! Poor human relations, laboured answers, sounding inconvenienced alot of times over the phone.
Very poor management!

From beginning to end the team at Aberdein Considine were reassuringly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They kept me right every step of the way.
