We were really happy with the support from Ellen, Douglas and the team during the recent sale of my late mum's house. We felt very well looked after from start to finish, with great communication, and the entire process was really smooth and easy - which was especially appreciated as we were trying to complete the sale from abroad. Having conveyancing etc all under one roof and at a fair price was extremely useful to us. Would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone.
Aberdein Considine Shawlands recently handled the sale of my house if Giffnock, what an excellent service. End to end process of the sale was handled proficiently. Alison consistently demonstrated a high level of service and expertise, which was essential for a novice like me, initially helping me understand the requirements of me as the seller from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services.
"Professional and Efficient Property Purchase" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent experience using Aberdein Considine's Shawlands office for our flat purchase. Douglas Telfer and Susan Farmer provided outstanding service with clear communication throughout. The whole process was smooth and efficient with no delays. Their professionalism and expertise made what could have been a stressful process very straightforward. Highly recommend to anyone buying property in Glasgow.
We had a brilliant experience with the Shawlands Branch of Aberdein Considine. They were a pleasure to deal with, explained everything and had very easy to use process. Staff were all professional, courteous and friendly. And best of all listing to offer confirmed in ten days. We were amazed
Expert staff all-round who are clearly very knowledgable of the property market and made the whole sale process from initial contact to final handover, seemless. The team were very responsive throughout the process and handled the transaction with total professionalism so much so that I didn’t need to worry about any of the details. They kept me well-informed at each stage and were courteous at all times. Overall I would highly recommend Aberdein-Considine Shawlands for all your property needs whether buying or selling.
Delighted with the joint services I commissioned from Aberdein Considine, which though no fault of ourselves, was a protracted transaction.
Estate agent element kept us notified and managed through the viewing and selling process as well as going beyond when the purchasers advisers were dragging their feet.
Highly recommended and will use them again if there is a need for any of the services.
Very professional and helpful team. A special thanks to Alison, Elen, Douglas and Zoe - you made sell of my flat and new purchase extremely easy.
Excellence throughout the sales and conveyancing processes. Pro active approach and great communication, always on the ball.
Special mention to Erin, Douglas and Alison who guided and looked after us extremely well.
We contacted a few different estate agents for a valuation and to then decide who we would sell our property with. Aberdein Considine came out on top by a mile. Susan Farmer came to see us and she was friendly, knowledgeable , experienced and professional. It was due to Susan that we decided to use Aberdein Considine. She also advised us that the company also had a mortgage advisor and solicitor so we could keep everything in house and they could also deal with the purchase of our new property. Although we had a very good mortgage advisor and solicitor we normally used, we decided to go ahead as it would save us numerous phone calls keeping everyone up to date. What a difference this made! Michael Begley organised our mortgage with stress free ease , Ellen McNally answered every question we had with great patience ( and there was a few!), Douglas Telfer, our solicitor , dealt with all the legalities of both buying and selling with impressive professionalism , the very efficient Alison Neilson organised our acceptance of our buyer’s offer and the lovely Zoe Watson , senior paralegal, wrapped everything else up nicely with a bow on completion. The entire office communicates with one another so if we received a call from one staff member all the team would know what was happening. This saved us tremendous stress and everything was seamless. I can absolutely recommend this office of Aberdein Considine in Shawlands with complete conviction. They were all absolutely amazing! Thank you all for your help, patience and guidance through what is usually a stressful time. We are very grateful! 😁
Conveyancing with zero hassle.
This was a seamless process carried out extremely efficiently. Aberdein Considine are without doubt the gold standard when it comes to buying and selling property.
Assigned during remortgage, this took months resulted in multiple payments on a variable rate, any contact had to be initiated by myself. I had two other properties that were fully remortgaged in weeks. Still awaiting completion.

It has certainly made the process of selling my flat much easier. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Especially, Alison who has been great at keeping me updated, explained everything clearly and has just been lovely to deal with throughout. I would definitely use their service again in the future.
Sold my home with the help of Allison. She was very good at providing updates throughout the entire process and very friendly!

A completely smooth process, no mistakes or delays.
Cannot compliment them enough Highly, recommend!
Sold our home and bought a new place through the Glasgow Shawlands office. All the staff were very professional and a great help. We were able to deal a lot via email which was really helpful as we both have busy jobs with dodgy phone signal. Put the house on the market and they pretyy much had it sold by the time we got home. Felt reassured throughout and all charges were advised upfront.
