I reached out to AC&Co in early March to put my property on the market. Everything was organised so efficiently and seamlessly. My property was put on the market on Friday 13th March, around 6pm. I had two viewers on the Monday night, and two offers on the Tuesday. One offer fully accepted. I could never have imagined it would have been this successful or stress free. I cannot thank the entire team at AC&Co enough for every part they have played to get this across the line.

We used AC to sell our family home of over 50 years. It was an emotional time which also involved the executry of an estate and a work redundancy. I was already a client of the Firm, and given the range of services available it was a no brainer to utilise their experience and professionalism once again.
Issues with a missing will meant a lengthy delay in proceedings, and Sarah from The Executry Dept explained matters in detail throughout. All options were provided tactfully and her excellent communication skills allowed the wider family to make relevant decisions with ease.
The house sale fell back to the winter months, where blizzards then floods became a local factor. But the team at Union Street remained positive throughout. Danielle and Kira used their local knowledge and expertise to promote the property appropriately and following a significant tweak in strategy, it resulted in 22 viewings and a successful offer above valuation. Josh and Duncan deserve a mention for their hard work along with the whole Estate Agency team.
Overseen by Chris and Fiona, the sale has now reached a successful conclusion aided by the sterling work at their Conveyancing Hub by Nicola and Rachel ……. ably assisted by Jade and co at Byres Road branch in facilitating relevant signatures from siblings many miles away.
The seemless interaction between offices and departments at various locations provided us with all the information and support necessary.

We recently sold our property near Banchory using Aberdein Considine estate agency and legal services. The whole sale process was conducted efficently and satisfactorily, given the slow market conditions prevalent during 2025. Particular mention to the estate agency team in Banchory, and Sarah Macintyre (AC Aberdeen) who provided the legal conveyencing service. All requests and queries were answered quickly and efficently, and enabled a simultaneous sale of our Scottish house with completion of our new property in England to be achieved.

We managed to sell our house in the quiet (for selling), depths of winter thanks to the swift, proactive and helpful communication and actions from AC.

I felt like we enjoyed a more contemporary approach to house selling than might have been with some other firms with good social media back up and access to a possible purchaser database.

I was also cleverly made to feel felt that it was a bespoke to me service.

Special mentions to the always positive and cheerful Kelly Ann Hay who guided us skillfully through the valuation, marketing and home report stage of the sale. And to Bethany Jarvis who made me feel like nothing was ever a bother and despite there being a few bumps along the way (none of AC making) she guided us carefully through the process and was both responsive and proactive. Our property had many viewings but offers received were not acceptable. We wanted to reduce the asking price prior to the Christmas break however, Kira Moir our Senior Property Adviser, suggested we hold off until the New Year when more buyers would be actively looking. The reduced price and timing worked as we had a raft of viewings and 3 offers which took matters to a closing bid. We have now accepted an offer we are happy with and must thank Kira for her tactical awareness of what to do and when.
