In general the experience was ok, but I was not informed in time that the buyer is using the solicitor from Aberdein Considine as well and was told about it only when I accepted the offer and asked to sign the document to acknowledge this fact. As well as communication between the agents who deal with my sale can be better, as I needed to repeat same info for the different people who works within one company.

Apologies to the staff at Peterhead for the delay but yes moving house is always filled with endless unpacking and decorating. What can I say… from start to finish the team were absolutely fantastic.
